We stopped here for a dinner after 12 years. Now it’s no longer an Indian restaurant. The waitress there was so rude that another waiter had to come tell her to be nice and food was not so great for the price and it wasn’t good. It’s better to try some other restaurant.

As a South Indian I would say this is a worst place for dosa. The sambar was just water and spice. No flavor, so watery. Chutney tasted like old batch. Too much oil in dosa.

I also ordered Gobi manchurian which was TERRIBLE. Please don’t come here and waste your money.

The service was good, but food was not at all fresh or authentic. The bathroom was horrible and smelly, and didn’t work as supposed to at all. Wouldn’t recommend. We are not being paid to write this.

I really wanted to like Woodlands Express, but unfortunately, it just didn’t live up to expectations. The prices listed on their brochure are not the same as what you’ll be charged when you order and pick up—so be prepared for a surprise at checkout.

We ordered the Malai Kofta, assorted appetizers, and two small Gulab Jamun, and the total came to around $40. Honestly, the quality just didn’t match the price.

The assorted appetizers were mostly hard, over-fried items. The only thing I recognized was the samosa, which was completely bland, and the onion rings tasted burnt. The Malai Kofta, which was a little over $15, came in a very small container—maybe 8 oz at most. While it wasn’t terrible, it definitely wasn’t worth the price.

What really surprised me was being charged almost $6 for two Gulab Jamun, which were just tiny sweet balls. For a place that looked completely empty when I went, I can now see why.

All in all, this felt like a waste of money. I won’t be coming back.

Best Indian food in the tri-county area! Deliciousness and full of flavor in every bite. The chaat and biryani are incredible. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. Try the mango lassi! It is perfection. Highly recommend this place.
