“These were among the BEST RIBS I have ever tasted, and for a Southern lady of 71, that is saying a lot. Seriously, I have eaten spare ribs in Germany, Japan, Honolulu and London.
These large and tender ribs needed no sauce and stayed hot for the hour drive home‼️
