I have to shout out Jackie!! She went above and beyond with every customer she helped. She smiled, was friendly, fast, and efficient. I didn’t see her stop the whole time we were there. When she wasn’t helping customers she was cleaning. I wish all places offered this type of customer service. I love going in and ordering with a friendly face instead of a kiosk!! Great job Arby’s!!

Ok, we love Arby’s and generally seek them out on the road. Honestly the food and atmosphere were as expected. What made me search my bank records to find out where we stopped so I could leave a good review was Ms. Nicole. She made this travel center stop extra special. Ms. Nicole was fast, efficient and very friendly. She went above and beyond to make my family feel welcome. All four of us left the counter to our seats with a big smile on our face. We stopped in here on our way home to grab a bite to eat and get gas. This Arby's had the fastest and best service I've had at any location I've gone to. Our food was ready before we got our drinks poured. The food was tasty and the staff was friendly. I rang the bell on our way out for the great experience.
