I must say this Arby's has had the best customer service I've gotten from any Arby's. Ms. BRITTANY was exceptional! I had never tasted the New Steak nuggets before. Ms. BRITTANY allowed me to taste test before purchasing even offered a complimentary BBQ sauce. I LOVE THE STEAK NUGGETS I GOT THE STEAK SANDWICH COMBO!! YUM!!

I have to shout out Jackie!! She went above and beyond with every customer she helped. She smiled, was friendly, fast, and efficient. I didn’t see her stop the whole time we were there. When she wasn’t helping customers she was cleaning. I wish all places offered this type of customer service. I love going in and ordering with a friendly face instead of a kiosk!! Great job Arby’s!!

Ok, we love Arby’s and generally seek them out on the road. Honestly the food and atmosphere were as expected. What made me search my bank records to find out where we stopped so I could leave a good review was Ms. Nicole. She made this travel center stop extra special. Ms. Nicole was fast, efficient and very friendly. She went above and beyond to make my family feel welcome. All four of us left the counter to our seats with a big smile on our face.
