I’ve been going to 7 brew in clermont for a long time , only issues I’ve had there is wait time .
Leesburg is horrible the customer experience horrible my coffee. The last four times has been horrible. First of all they give me the wrong size 2nd of all the taste is way off through the employees are not engaged with what we’re ordering or more busy dancing around and talking to each other.. Today prime example go to pick up coffee ordered medium they gave me small. Went to taste it. It was disgusting. There’s no way I could’ve fixed it at home turned around went back and got it still not great. After the fourth time of having trouble here, I’m not sure I’ll be back. There’s other coffee shops. That perform way better time for management to take a look at what’s going on.

Just opened here in Leesburg… Love the coffee! The kids running the place were AMAZING! Smiles on their faces, jamming to great music and staying upbeat. Will absolutely return. The only suggestion I have is to please give those lovely kids some had warmers for the colder nights they are outside. Other than that keep up the great work!

Ordered a large blue raspberry and large dragons blood energy drink with light ice on both. Was given 2 slushies. I informed them it was energy drinks with light ice. They then gave me 2 drinks with ice literally touching the bottom of the cup and sticking out of the drink. I asked if that was seriously light ice. They apologized and remade drinks. This time half filed with ice and they both tasted like watered down syrup. Energy drinks they were not. I guess I will just stick with a monster when I need an energy drink next time.
Edit: Went back today 11/7/25 to give this store a second chance. I have to say today’s crew was amazing. Different people this time made the difference. Personalities and attention to detail The drinks were perfect this go around.
