Waited in line for half hour . Wanted to leave but was stuck between the 4 cars in front of me and the 4 cars behind me. Lack of help and speed. Ordered fish sandwich with fries. Got a chicken sandwich with 12, yes 12 stale, cold, hard fries. Was charged the higher price. Was given tartar sauce, which would not be needed had I ordered a chicken sandwich. No hushpuppies. Drink was half full and flat. Bun had to be week old. Corporate doesn't even have a number to talk to anyone, I had to leave a message. Food sucked and was wrong. Close if you dont have the help or competence. Upset, Aggravated , and Overcharged customer.

Friday it was great hot crispy wonderful yesterday evening it felt like it had been left around for a while. It wasn’t hot. It wasn’t real crispy like the day before and the coleslaw was warm so I’ve had it two days in a row and one day was great the second day not so much they gave me a stomach ache. I called asked to talk to the manager, and somebody said this is one of the managers And then when I told her my complaint that I had upset stomach from eating the lukewarm fish and the warm coleslaw she did say she tell the GM I hope she did cause no one needs to get sick because food is got to be kept at the right temperature. We were greeted immediately upon entrance by Joe he was fantastic the whole time he gave us the run down on different options to fit what we were craving. He was super friendly even came and brought our food to the table AND CHECKED ON US couldn't ask for a better experience we will definitely be coming back businesses need more people like him THANK YOU JOE!!!

The fish was not fresh, coating was much too hard to chew and it tasted like the cooking oil was old and sour. They were also out of a couple of sides.
I went through the drive thru for my order. The CSR's were very upbeat and friendly. The food was excellent.

I feel bad for the employees. This is a dumpy, dirty, poor example of a restaurant. Salmon was overcooked and shrunk. Rice was overcooked and cold. I could go on but you get the message. Never again..

Just got fried catfish dinner via Uber. They left the skin on the catfish. I've eaten at several Captain D's and never seen this before. Too much breading on other food. O love Captain D's but just spent $60 on food that's now in my garbage can. Evidently a management change is needed here!
