We have been going here since it opened. The food has always been exceptional. But today, was not a good visit at all. The management leaves a lot to be desired. When we were seated this lovely young lady came to our table and instantly we knew she did my want to wait on us. We were thrown one menu for two people and when we ask for another you would have thought the world was gonna end. She was very rude to us. I had looked forward to this dinner with my mom all week. But we felt that we should just get up and leave because this meal would never be enjoyable. We did ask for a manager only to be told there was no manager. I hope this young ladies day got better. And I think management should have helped her somehow. At least be present !!! Maybe next time.

Slow server and cook. Waited 40 before our dinner. Never got our appetizer. Other people was served before us. It's service needs help.
The service and food were good. However when my food arrived, my baked potato wasn't done and was told 3 minutes more. Twelve minutes later it was delivered to the table. By then I was done with the meal. If I knew that I would have ordered something else. Poor communication. Won't be going back anytime soon.

This place. Came in from out of town for a reunion. Was treated to dinner here by friends who are locals. They said they'd not been here in a while but had been pleased in the past.So. Hubby got fried oysters, a favorite of his. He ate maybe two of the oysters. Said they tasted freezer burnt. He ate leftover pizza at our hotel room.I had grilled snapper. The skin wasn't crisp. The fries were underdone and the hush puppies were just cornmeal mix and water. Dry, bland and a touch underdone. I think the oil was too hot. The sweet tea could melt the enamel off your teeth. If you like tea that sweet then you're in for a treat!The server was good, which is why they got 2 stars instead of one.I'll hit up a Captain D's before I'd come here again.

Last two times we went order was wrong. This last time -April 7, was bad from the moment we walked in. No gift cards being honored, which I planned on using. Place was filthy, waitresses were moody and not friendly at all. I ordered a combo, scallops and clam strips- no scallops. Told waitress, she said they’re on your husbands plate?! Why?? She didn’t know. I would think they can do better. Clean the place, hire nicer staff. I’ll probably give it one more try, after all I have $100. In gift cards I’d like to use.

We go there often. Everyone is so nice and friendly. The servers are very attentive. The food comes out nice and hot, with a generous serving. I love their garlic mashed potatoes. My husband never cared for hush puppies until he tasted theirs. He always gave me his but that doesn't happen now. My only problem is their coleslaw is at room temperature and I would prefer that to be cold. But that's just me I guess.

We went on Wednesday night as my husband and boys love seafood. It said open until 8, we got there at 7:15. No one came up to us to sit us down. Finally a lady went behind us and put a closed sign on the door right in front of us and said they were closed. She was very rude. Told us to come back before Sunday as they were closing for good. Who would want to come back after that. No wonder they are closing. The management is terrible.
