Seriously, every time I walk into Chipotle the tables aren’t clean and there is garbage and food everywhere. I saw that the grill was dirty too. Yuck.

I went there yesterday and got 2 Steak bowls and everything was DRY. I usually go there a few times a month and it's pretty good but yesterday was horrible. I'm so disappointed because I have to drive 21 minutes to get there. The steak was sooo dry the rice was just a dry mess and the fajitas were burnt and dry.. By the time I got home I took a couple bites my mom took a couple bites and we had to trash it. I tried calling but no person answered. I won't be going back to this location. It's not worth the 21 minute drive for me I wasted a lot of money because I got double meat on both bowls 😔😞😡EDIT... I LEFT A REVIEW ABOUT A MONTH AGO AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. YOU WOULD THINK THE MANAGER OR OWNER OF THIS PLACE WOULD AT LEAST TRY TO MAKE IT RIGHT BUT NO THEY HAVE NOT EVEN TRIED TO REACH OUT TO MAKE THIS RIGHT 😡

Sofrito bowl. Bowl was full. There was a cup of Queso that I did not order. The brown rice was hard. On the side of the bowl was a generous piece of meat- that I didn't order. Scooped it out and continued. Got to the veggies and the first bite was salty, third bite was like emptying a salt packet in my mouth. Time to give Chipotle a break.

Unbelievable. I watched the girl dole out large portions of every item to the guy ahead of me, carefully adding more if the first scoop wasn’t enough. He never asked for extra portions to make it that way. He did ask to pay for double chicken.
When it was my turn - no joke - she gave me 1/3 the amount that that guy got of every item. The spoon went in, and the spoon had whatever came up. It was hurriedly slopped into the bowl even though there was only one person behind me. When I finally politely asked for the “amount of lettuce he has” (standing next to me), she stopped and looked at his bowl - totally put out with me. She couldn’t argue. His had a mound of lettuce. Mine was more like a topping. Both were in plain sight.
I have experienced this same type of discrimination at this location before. I haven’t been back in a year because of it. I thought I would try again because it is a convenient location for me. However, some things never change.

I sat in the drivethru for nearly ten minutes and my order was ready the whole time. The guy by the window saw me pull up and ignored me. He continued to make new orders while mine was getting cold. I’m a very patient person who has worked in restaurants so I always have a little grace but this is unacceptable. From the other reviews it looks like this happens a lot. If you want good service be a Karen and start honking

Sat at the drive thru mobile order pick up for over 10 minutes before someone even acknowledge me. Came to the window didn’t say a word to me I told him the name of the order and he closes the window and walks away. Comes back several minutes later, hands me my order and doesn’t say a word to me the entire time. What’s the point of having the mobile order drive thru if no one is even going to run it?

Are yall stupid? 2 burritos ordered one steak and one sofria. Why did the employees mix them up and how? I took a bite out of the steak one labeled as Sofia.
