Well I've been in line for 30 minutes now for an online pickup. I should have just walked in and ordered. I would drive away but there's no way to leave since I'm blocked in. There is a reason I haven't been to Chipotle in a while, and I won't be back for a long time either.The lady working window just took the customers phone and looked at it, and definitely did not change her gloves either. Nicee.We just got to the window and were told "it'll be a bit." Our pickup time was over 30 minutes ago now. How is it not ready yet? Horrible place, horrible service, mediocre food at best. Prices are also outrageous. Just go to an actual restaurant.

I had placed a online order to have it picked up at 6:00pm. Got there at 6 stayed in line in the drive through for 45 min to get my order. They didn’t even have it ready!! Worst Chipotle I have been to!!

This is the worst Chipotle ever. Charged me $17 for a chicken bowl and side of guac. They were out of brown rice, out of lettuce, most things looked bottom of bin and nasty. Bad attitude from workers. A manager needs to get this place cleaned up and make sure there are ingredients or lower your price because there isn't much to choose from! Ridiculous.

I placed a pickup order for a chicken burrito bowl and a side of chips with a drink . I ordered the work with extra chicken , white rice , fajita veggies , black beans , sour cream and the rest of you go to bowl fix ins . What I received was steak bowl with pinto beans no fajita veggies and my chips and drink . I’m frustrated that it says exactly what I ordered on the sticker and it’s still wrong .

One of the better Chipotles I’ve been to as far as food quality/portion, order accuracy, and having online orders ready on time.Inside is typically pretty clean as well, no complaints about the service.

I have to say, this and the Sanford location are one of the best Chipotles I've been to in a long time. I remember when the lines were out the door at all the locations, but the service and overall experience has declined a lot since then. HOWEVER, I've been pleasantly surprised multiple times at this location. They're always friendly, usually moving pretty quick, and my order has always been right on point. I eat keto so it's great to have somewhere I can grab a quick, healthy, delicious meal.
