Had a meal for two delivered and it was delivered quickly and the food was hot and delicious! Cracker Barrel is the BEST!!

The chairs were filthy. Food was ok.

Husbands meatloaf was overcooked.
It was actually burnt on the top. Biscuits were barely warm and tasted likecthey had been in the warmer for a while. Ordered a side salad (instead of the side items) with steak tips. I was not happy that I was charged for the salad even though I did not take the side offerings. Overall, the meals were just mediocre on this visit. The waitress was great!

It's a great place to eat. Plenty of food, great servers and lots of things to buy for any occasion.
We go to the one in Ocala, Fl and now the one in Leesburg, Fl.

Food and service was at it's usual great level. I have never had a bad waitress or meal there. However, there was one glitch.

I tried to pay at the table using their app and the link on the bill. I went through all of the steps and even was able to get points put on my account for the meals. Fortunately, we stopped and used their rockers before leaving for home. Our waitress came out and told us that our meals were not showing as paid on their system. I went in and paid the old fashioned way at their cashier station. I followed up with my credit card and the first attempt did not go through to my bank. Cracker Barrel should review their app and fix this problem.

I took my family here for dinner tonight. My mom has a lengthy list of allergies, onion being amongst those. She can not have any of the seasonings Cracker Barrel offers due to one allergy or another. We know this and our favorite Cracker Barrel location cooks her chicken with salt and pepper only. We explained this to the server who brought our orders back. A manager then came out and refused to accommodate us, as it “deviates from their recipe”.

We will not be going back to this location. Not being able to grab an empty pan and cook something in salt and pepper due to an allergy is both ridiculous and terrible customer service. We left without eating.

I ordered the Thursday special, turkey and dressing to dine in and fried chicken to go. The food was good. I enjoyed eating the chicken over a two-day period at home.

My server was very nice.

Parking: There's a big parking lot. I doubt parking would be a problem for anyone.
