Came in around 1030. Not only was I given the wrong items, but I was given a drink with granulated sugar in it when I asked for extra sugar. Idk how the message of extra sugar in a drink means I want that, but its disgusting and a waste of money. On top of all of that, the person taking my order was having a massive attitude problem.

I was told my order total was $8 and was told to move down without getting my receipt and before the drawer was closed. But I paid exact so didnāt think anything of it. I took my receipt from the printer. When I got to my car I looked and normally would have been pumped to get an employee discount. But I am curious where my $4 in change would have went. But after seeing previous reviews, I should have known better than to go to this one. Tried calling the store, but of course no one answered.

Itās so sad that they canāt make a latte⦠my caramel latte is always wrong, either sour milk or tastes like burnt tart⦠can someone please learn to make lattes⦠not every morning I have time to make it to a different Dunkināā¦

I went through the drive-through and ordered two snack bacon and a coffee went to leave and the bacon had no seasoning or maple went to go into the store. The doors were closed. Had to make a long line again told the gentleman the bacon was not correct he handed me another bag with the same thing. I explained to him about the seasoning and the maple and he says that thatās how they season their bacon, which is not correct because I go there every day for bacon. I donāt know what was going on today, but the front door being closed, Thatās a bad sign for business and then you argue with the customer about the seasoning of the bacon. I got my money back and I went to a further Dunkinā Donuts that did the bacon correctly thank you to the store 27820 US Highway 27 for correctly making the snack bacon. today was a very disappointing experience
