I visited this Dunkin’ today while picking up an order for DoorDash, and I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and customer service. There were five employees in the store, yet no one seemed interested in helping me.
When I walked in, a woman initially greeted me, but when I told her I was there for a pickup, she completely ignored me. Meanwhile, two other employees were glued to their phones—one of whom was actually preparing food, which is incredibly unsanitary. Another employee stood at the counter, loudly complaining about how dirty the store was, yet made no effort to clean. The only person who seemed occupied with actual work was the drive-thru attendant.
I stood there for ten minutes without anyone acknowledging me or attempting to assist with my order. Finally, a worker from the back came out and asked what I needed, and she was the only one who actually did her job.
This experience was beyond frustrating. The complete disregard for cleanliness, customer service, and basic work ethic was astonishing. If this is the standard here, I wouldn’t trust the quality of the food or service at this location.

Didn’t receive how I placed my order. They gave me a bit donut.. when I ordered a medium latte, sandwich and donut bites. Wouldn’t recommend this location at all.

I was the only person in line and I ordered 2 hot lattes. I had to pull around and wait for them to bring them to my car. They were cool enough i could have handed them to a toddler to drink.

The service is A 1 The absolute worst. I don’t care how many times you order the same drink only 2 out of the entire staff knows how to make it.
They need to get rid of the Korean lady that works on Friday she is the worse customer service.

THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GOOD BUT TODAY LET ME TELL YOU!!!! MY BAGEL WITH CREAM CHEESE HAD CREAM CHEES ON ONE SIDE NOT EVEN ENOUGH TO MOVE SOME OVER, AND THE ICED COFFEE WAS BASSICALLY BLACK COFFEE WITH ICE TERIBLE. MIND YOU I GO EVERY MORNING. OVERAL THEY ARE GOOD BUT TODAY THEY PISSED ME OFF WITH THAT BS ALMOST MAKES ME NOT WANT TO GO BACK.

The manger don’t care about the place having mold and roaches, all she care about is the drive thru and front moving. Please do not eat here they have mold in the freezing area

The customer service was terrible. She was rude throughout the ordering process, and even when they messed up my order, she acted like it was my fault. When I asked about the donut I ordered, she questioned if I wanted it and if I had ordered it, even though it was on my receipt. She then grabbed the bag with my donut and handed it to me without a word. Very rude & dismissive trying to rush.

The ladies in this location are by far the worse of the worse!! No people skills at all. You go there in a good mood and one thing for sure is that they’ll ruin your day!!!

No receipt, no napkins, long wait at drive through
Inside is no cash, kiosk ordering only- cannot order more than one unsweetened flavor in beverage; app wouldn’t work so I had to go inside— strange new way of conducting business- not sure I like it.
