It’s so sad that they can’t make a latte… my caramel latte is always wrong, either sour milk or tastes like burnt tart… can someone please learn to make lattes… not every morning I have time to make it to a different Dunkin’…

I went through the drive-through and ordered two snack bacon and a coffee went to leave and the bacon had no seasoning or maple went to go into the store. The doors were closed. Had to make a long line again told the gentleman the bacon was not correct he handed me another bag with the same thing. I explained to him about the seasoning and the maple and he says that that’s how they season their bacon, which is not correct because I go there every day for bacon. I don’t know what was going on today, but the front door being closed, That’s a bad sign for business and then you argue with the customer about the seasoning of the bacon. I got my money back and I went to a further Dunkin’ Donuts that did the bacon correctly thank you to the store 27820 US Highway 27 for correctly making the snack bacon. today was a very disappointing experience

I pulled up to the drive-through and no one took my order. I drove to the open window and the lady walked up to the window and closed it without saying a word. Guarantee, this would have never happened at Starbucks. SMH

The service here is slow. I can't blame the workers though... they always seem to be understaffed! The building is clean. The food is ok. It's not made on site. I'm from Massachusetts though so my standard for Dunks is pretty high. There aren't any others close by so I make sure I have plenty of time & patience before stopping.
