It's very hit or miss whether you'll actually get what you ordered or not. I've been using this as my main Dunkin location for the last 6 months, and only about half of the times I've gone, the drinks have been made right. You can ask for the base version of any drink at the drive thru on multiple occasions and they'll make it with different amounts of ingredients every time (as shown on the paper taped to the cup). There's no consistency. I suggest ordering through the app so there's less inconsistencies. Though, the last time I did, my iced chai latte came with a shot of espresso I didn't ask for, which ruined the drink. I ended up having to go to a different location afterward to get another one as I was on my way to an obligation. This location isn't entirely irredeemable, but pretty bad given my experiences. I'll still continue to come back here, just with managed expectations.

Each and every time I come to this location to pick up my app order (coffee), I am met with such polite and happy ppl who always make me smile. My drink is right each time as well, so y'all are consistent, which is always a big plus, too. Thank you for always going above and beyond. You're appreciated!

Awesome establishment even if it is a training station for newcomers in the food service industry. Jasmine is a lovely afternoon attendant in this establishment and is one of the few that can remember my order just by the sound of my voice! Granted, all of the regular attendants are great and have wonderful customer service. They too have a great memory and voice recognition that goes as far as to remember the face and voice of my own mother who goes to order my coffee for me when I am unable to pick up. They treat my mother with such sweet kindness and my children as well. It's either because I go here so often, or remember the rambunctious children that I carry in the backseat of the vehicle. Opening manager is not only professional and respectful but also diligent at keeping his line in movement. I only visit Three Dunkin' Donuts stores and refuse to go to any others whether I am in the area or out of area. Weather my children are having a bad day or I am having a bad day, the attendance are always quick at noticing the shift and emotions in their customers and are always trying to make an actual difference in their customers day regardless of who or where they are from. Just one of the many reasons as to why I'll keep returning.

This Dunkin is the best I've been in in this area. It's clean, people are outstanding, sandwich fresh and delicious. Iced and hot coffee is great. We go out of our area to eat at this location

This is the second time I have been to this location in a couple weeks and they don’t have Crisante no sausage no chocolate frosted donuts!!!!!

I come every day for a hot Caramel signature craze latte and they’re amazing maple bacon snack. Their staff is wonderful.

The woman who took my order was so rude. It wasn’t even funny and I even told her I’m not a coffee person so I didn’t know what to order so give me a time and she was very impatient and she’s overall very very disrespectful. The woman who gave me my order though was very pleasant and sweet. Food is not bad. Staff is just eh.

Ordered ahead at this location at 6:50, get there at 7 and they have yet to even start my order, meanwhile there’s only 2 cars at drive through. It shouldn’t take this long to make a coffee, and to the lady who works morning shift ,change your schedule if you’re going to be bitchy when I’m being nothing but nice.

Food and everything came out fine but the young lady at the drive through was rude as hell. She made me feel very uncomfortable to the point I didn’t even put in my full order. I’ve never had an experience like this ever.. absolutely unacceptable.

This location has always been good to me— they have some of the best customer
service I’ve experienced to date which is why I will drive 30min to get DD here over the one closer to me. Not only have they fixed drinks for me that other locations messed up but man every person I’ve encountered has simply been wonderful!!! Definitely changed my morning routine :)

They run out of flavors a lot specifically caramel but means they’re doing something right!
