The woman who took my order was so rude. It wasn’t even funny and I even told her I’m not a coffee person so I didn’t know what to order so give me a time and she was very impatient and she’s overall very very disrespectful. The woman who gave me my order though was very pleasant and sweet. Food is not bad. Staff is just eh.

Ordered ahead at this location at 6:50, get there at 7 and they have yet to even start my order, meanwhile there’s only 2 cars at drive through. It shouldn’t take this long to make a coffee, and to the lady who works morning shift ,change your schedule if you’re going to be bitchy when I’m being nothing but nice.

Food and everything came out fine but the young lady at the drive through was rude as hell. She made me feel very uncomfortable to the point I didn’t even put in my full order. I’ve never had an experience like this ever.. absolutely unacceptable.

This location has always been good to me— they have some of the best customer
service I’ve experienced to date which is why I will drive 30min to get DD here over the one closer to me. Not only have they fixed drinks for me that other locations messed up but man every person I’ve encountered has simply been wonderful!!! Definitely changed my morning routine :)

They run out of flavors a lot specifically caramel but means they’re doing something right!

It’s nice young lady here named mary is working and there’s a lot of people and she’s handled their pressure very well. She is very nice to me and she got in my word very quick and I just wanted to give her a shout out. I think she deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond. She was literally walking as fast as you could back-and-forth from the counter to all the other stations so Mary thank you so much keep doing what you’re doing and pay forward. God bless you.

Sun. Jun. 15 11:45 am. Walked in to the counter. Guy at counter makes a rude comment that the line must be long to another employee who agreed. He then made me wait 10 minutes before telling me if I don't have exact change he doesn't have any.

They need more employees. I waited 30-45 minutes for my food/drinks . They gave me small cups to equal to a medium as they ran out of medium/large cups . One of the employees locked the doors to stop people coming in(people still in the lobby), which is against the law I thought. Just terrible . Not coming back to this location .
