It's very hit or miss whether you'll actually get what you ordered or not. I've been using this as my main Dunkin location for the last 6 months, and only about half of the times I've gone, the drinks have been made right. You can ask for the base version of any drink at the drive thru on multiple occasions and they'll make it with different amounts of ingredients every time (as shown on the paper taped to the cup). There's no consistency. I suggest...

Awesome establishment even if it is a training station for newcomers in the food service industry. Jasmine is a lovely afternoon attendant in this establishment and is one of the few that can remember my order just by the sound of my voice! Granted, all of the regular attendants are great and have wonderful customer service. They too have a great memory and voice recognition that goes as far as to remember the face and voice of my own mother who goes to order my coffee for me...
