I go often. Great breakfast deals. I can order ahead and it is ready to go as I drive up. Egg wraps, sandwiches for breakfast and croissants and bagels. Options for meat or avocado filling and now chipotle ranch type sauce too (which I love). Several styles of coffee, many flavors and even energy drinks. Breakfast is served all day! I am a late person since I worked nights. Loved being able to get breakfast any time of day. ❤️ I grew up on baked donuts, not fried so I love their selections. Shapes for holidays too. Pumpkin shapes and flavors right now. Seasonal changes are fun.

I have been to many Dunkins and have never had an issue with ordering my lattes/machiattos the way I like them- extra light! This only requires an extra shot of milk, yet they give me such a hard time with this request. I'm sure they know me and my order yet, they say the same thing over again, giving me milk to espresso ratios and such. I've worked at Dunkin for two years, I know you guys are back there moving cups and pushing buttons that have premeasured everything! So just push another button to give me more milk to make my drink light.
I wouldn't have left a review and complained, but just recently I ordered my latte with cream on the side, (because adding the shot of milk in the finished drink itself is, I guess, forbidden for them) and that was an issue! Just give me my cream on the side, it shouldn't matter to you what I'm using it for. I have never denied anyone their drink customization; this whole experience (which has been going on for months) is so ridiculous. You work at Dunkin, do your job maybe? And I mean that sincerely. Why work in customer service if you don't have that skill. I get it, it's miserable, but find a miserable job where you're not serving people if it's that bad. This is specifically for the lady with the dreads, she personally jumped on the intercom, cutting off who was taking my order, to give me the same speech of: lattes are 90% milk... whenever I pull up to the window, she's working the food station and not even on drinks, so why is it your problem? Everybody else is great.

I have been to many Dunkin’s and almost gave up on them because of the service and how long they take. BUT this one in south Leesburg has the best management and every time I go I’m in shock at how quick and polite they are! They really impress me every single time!!!

Asked for a iced latte with whipped cream.
End result, they gave me a FULL cup of ice, small amount of whipped cream and 1 small gulp of coffee 🤦‍♀️
Next time I'll go to McDonald's

The coffee was actually really good. The bagels could be better but I go to Dunkin mainly for the coffee. The guy in the drive-thru even offered an extra shot of espresso, never been asked that before at a Dunkin, didnt wven know they had that... and their large cup was more like XL. I give their coffee 5 stars

Terrible workers I was trying to order and they kept saying ok come to the window and had a nasty attitude. I was only trying to order 3 things only got 2 because I was so done with being there. This location is the worst done waste your money or time here.

6 people standing around on their phones while there is a line of 5 customers for the 1 kiosk we are supposed to order from. I order the donuts, they are out. Why not 86 them on the kiosk so people can't order them? Why not add the specialty donuts to the kiosk, too, instead of me asking for them? Never saw a bunch of lazy people at a dunkin before until here.
