Ordering thru a kiosk only, confusing, slow, and breakfast was basically tasteless and uninteresting. Not going back.

Went in to order a coffee and some donuts. You have to use Kiosk to order. Kiosk is not user friendly. We than wanted to add a dunkin steel cup and straw topper. Those 2 items not on Kiosk. So, they would have be rung up on a register at drive thru. To add insult to injury, the dunkin app was having issues as it wouldn't let us pay thru app. After all this, I went to pay with my card at Kiosk but, it timed out and had to start over. We walked out and went to another dunkin. If they were going to ring up the cup and topper at register, why not ring our food and beverage together with it? They wouldn't do it. No logic whatsoever.

We were at the Dunkin Donuts store# 359769 on 9.2.24 at 9:43am. We ordered a medium coffee, black and a small coffee with almond milk and half sweet sf vanilla syrup. We also ordered 2 orders of omelet bites: bacon/cheddar. We paid $17.83.

The coffee had no flavor or aroma. We even left it in the car while we went grocery shopping at Publics and after an hour and a half, the car did not smell like coffee nor did we taste coffee. Colored water is how I'd describe their coffee. The omelet bites had no pieces of bacon in them anywhere. For the price of $10.58 for 4 bites... The product should be authentic with items in the description evident in the product.

We called the store number and asked for a manager. Instead, Mathew, an assistant manager took our complaint. He made the excuse that the omelet bites are prepackaged... Ok then take my complaint to your Quality Assurance meeting or push it up to someone that cares about customer satisfaction! Then he apologized for the coffee but never offered any kind of compensation, a fresh cup, etc. I had to say I wanted compensation. I should not have had to ask! Bottom line, I will be getting my $17.83 back tomorrow and likely never spend money at that Dunkin' again.

These employees are great! Excellent and friendly service! While they may run out of a selection once in a while, that’s not their fault. Nor are the prices.

Unfriendly, unpleasant staff can barely force themselves to even speak to clientele during the course of a transaction, conveying an attitude that customers are nothing but a nuisance.

If you don't enjoy working with the public, get a job that doesn't require interaction with customers. We don't like spending hard-earned money where it's clearly not appreciated.

Sick of the dismissive employees at this Dunkin' location - many negative reviews reflect that it's obviously standard practice, so from now on we'll be going elsewhere ...

Wasn’t greeted when we came in, figured out it was kiosk ordering only, employees didn’t speak to us. I wanted to ask questions about the drinks but couldn’t. I tried a refresher but didn’t like it, should have gone somewhere else.

This place is so stupid won’t take cash. Have to use drive-through if you wanna use cash. Drive thru is always long the people that work there is amazing but the people above them are idiots stop pushing for card only old people walk in and you want them to use self service so disappointed in this place thank go the one near me ain’t as foolish as this place
