I and my coworkers ordered lunch separately, and I went to pick it up. The restaurant was clean. The employees there said “welcome to firehouse”, and that was about where the friendliness started and ended. They weren’t outright rude, but there was definitely an uncomfortable atmosphere. I later told my coworker that the employees weren’t mean, they just acted like they’ve had their souls sucked out of them. I’ve worked in fast food and restaurants, so I get it, but they seem absolutely miserable. Terrible vibes. I would hesitate to go back purely for that reason.
However, the French dip sub was delicious and not too salty. The au just spilled everywhere in my bag and one of my coworker’s bags, but there was enough left in the cups to dip our subs. The chocolate chip cookie was one of the worst restaurant cookies I’ve ever eaten. It tasted like the plastic it was wrapped in.

Sadly, this location has decided that it no longer values or appreciates their local educators. They used to offer a teacher combo but now they do not. Add to that the poor service and it's an easy decision to go elsewhere.

Just left there 12/31/24 cashier was really nice but other ladies were like they were just ready to leave, subs were good but our total came to almost 46 dollars and when we tried to pay with a 50.00 bill they said they don't except 50s makes no sense, we had to use card instead and was not happy. Why have a restaurant and not except cash.

Ordered lunch here today, which I never agree to go here with coworkers bc of past experience with firehouse subs. Today I specifically made sure to note NOT TO TOAST MY SUB!!! Got my order, went back to my office, and the whole sub is toasted. Veggies warm and soggy, meet and cheese clumped together and the meat wasn’t even thinly sliced. I never get firehouse subs bc frankly the service and atmosphere at this location is horrendous and they cannot follow simple request from their customers. This was my third and final attempt trying to get a good lunch here. Will not be returning or reordering.

Ordered online got to store and had to wait over 30 minutes because they gave my order to someone else. They remade my order and it was wrong so I called back and they said they would remake it. Called today to head there and get my order when the general manager gave me attitude and said she wouldn’t remake our food because that’s not how she runs her store. Will not go back
Firehouse is the only sub place I go to! They are my favorite, however I have been disappointed my last few visits. Whether it's the salad or the sub I get I haven't been happy. I ordered a sub on 8/19/24 and the bread was super stale... it's been like that a few times. Hard and chewy.... not very appetizing. My salad bowls are only half way, where in the past the bowl was full. I've only had issues at this store. Very disappointed!
NEW 10/23/24 I was excited to try the new Thanksgiving sub, but ended up being very disappointed by the three small pieces of turkey on it. It definitely didn't look like the pic!

I ordered in advance online hoping to be able to grab my food and go as my lunch break is limited. Nope, still has to wait 40 minutes despite DoorDash telling me my order is ready. The staff was also rude but ultimately it is managements fault, they need to hire more people.

I went in to get a steak and cheese large sub. Ordered grilled onion,mayo and mushrooms. The sub had no cheese, no mushrooms and no grilled onions. It was also cold. Probably rates as worst sub ever. Sadly even tipped them well.

Firehouse has become my family's go-to for subs. Ordering through the app is easy. My orders are usually done quickly. The ingredients are fresh, and they have some nice flavor combinations for their signature subs. The soup was good and warm. Large selection on their drink dispenser with sugar-free options. The only thing I didn't like is their salad.
