Me and my husband finally got a babysitter and a chance to go out to shoot some pool. Been wanting to come here for a while. You would think on a Friday at 5pm that shouldnāt be a problem, however, we showed up to find the place with the doors locked and a sign that said āknockā. When we did, the guy whom appeared drunk said it was league night and only league members could shoot pool. The place was empty! I donāt see why we couldnāt have played a little pool until it got busy. Further, I use to play on league and how are teams suppose to meet new members if they donāt let non members play? I donāt get it. Luckily we found a bar down the street called Dirty South Saloon that pool tables and a friendly staff with a food truck!

We came in to eat & play pool my aunt & cousin & her son & his girfriend & myslef, waiter / owner was not pleasant, was short with our question and didn't tell us the do's & don't of how he wanted his pool tables to be taken care off so he approach us and told us he didn't want us to put anything on the pool take ex: pool balls carrier we said OK and removed it, at that time we felt uncomfortable with the vibe from the beginning but we tried to ignore it and give to benefit of a doubt since we moved here and we have a giant family and would be coming often but we saw that others where treated kinder and he explain everything to the others that came in, we realized were not his type of people to we left. Also I travel a lot from NYC, Alaska, most of Florida and never have we had to pay $25 for hour he charge everyone $5 for each person even if they were not playing and that's how the cookie crunble.
I'm a pool player and I enjoy Frank's Place, but it is actually a bar with pool tables.

I go to Franks Place as my new playground! The food is great! The drinks are great! Your taken care of by John or his mom, Linda, behind the bar. It offers a large spacious pool hall adjacent with the bar. And my favorite days of the week are Wednesdays and Fridays because DJ Jeff Fa Fa (hope I got that right) hosts karaoke nights! The atmosphere is non-intimidating and you immediately feel at home once the music plays! Looking for a good time and relaxing fun - visit Franks Place in Leesburg, FL!
