Food was great served quickly... It's actually a pool hall, I enjoy the atmosphere and the really clean bathrooms are incredibly a decorated very artistically I love it. Frank's place is a super place I enjoyed it immensely. The owner Linda I met her extremely nice people... A wonderful experience every time I go in there. Come on in and try Frank's... You'll love it!Semper Fi. Beer wine and liquor also so come on down and get something cold to drink and have a nice hamburger.

Had a great night with karaoke the DJ was incredibly entertaining.
Worst place ever. No staff to accommodate everyone. Wouldn't take our drink orders at the bar, said we had to have table service. Waitress finally came over at 15 minutes, took drink orders of about 20 drinks, took the order to the bar and she was told she couldn't serve us, that we had to go to the bar. Absolute SHlT show. My group that attended Leesburg Bikefest (about 100 people) will be spending our money at other places, not at Franks. Staff was very rude, right down to the owner. Do not spend a penny here.

This place was such a huge disappointment and not biker friendly at all!About 10 of us stopped in here during Leesburg Bike Fest 2023 for drinks and to cool off and relax. We sat down at a large table and waited to be served. We were there for about an hour before any of the staff even acknowledged us. The bartender saw us walk in. It’s a tiny place (the pool tables take up most of the room) and wasn’t crowded at all. Finally, a staff member came up to us and asked, “Does anyone need anything?” By that time we were ready to leave and find a place that actually wanted our business. We will not be back!

The amount of money this business lost in this night alone should be enough to fire your entire staff and start fresh. We were refused service, we were denied drinks. When we asked about getting service at the tables because our party was too big to sit at the bar or even one table we were told there was someone serving the tables but they didn’t know where they were and the girl behind the bar telling us this insisted she was a bartender, not a server. The man behind the bar told us he didn’t have a cocktail waitress and didn’t bother to try to wait on us, instead three or four people stood behind the bar while we waited and then eventually left. Our crew ordered 11 shots and drinks and were told they needed to see everyone’s ID…all of us in our early 40’s and up…and when they were produced we were refused any alcohol and told we could only get food. One of the worst places I’ve ever been to. I’m also a bartender and if I have customers sitting for a half hour not getting served, I am embarrassed and ashamed for myself and on behalf of my employer. Maybe if you don’t want to serve bikers during bike fest, you should just keep your doors closed, because you have a very irresponsible, lazy, and horrible staff. Poor Frank…even poorer due to this type of service, or lack of.
