To Whom It May Concern,
I recently had an experience at your property that I would like to bring to your attention.
While traveling through the area, I needed to make a brief stop to use the restroom. As I am not from the area, I was unaware that the building was a casino. Upon approaching the entrance, a security guard greeted me. After I explained my situation, he was very understanding and allowed me and the two young children with me to use the restroom. He courteously escorted us to the facilities, remained nearby while we were inside, and then politely guided us out of the building once we were finished. His professionalism and kindness were greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately, as we were exiting, a second security guard approached us and, without any explanation, began taking photographs of me and the two children. This unexpected behavior was unsettling, unnecessary, and made us very uncomfortable. Given the nature of the situation, I felt this response was excessive and inappropriate.
I wanted to share this feedback so that it may be addressed internally to ensure that future guests are treated with the same professionalism displayed by the first guard.

They were closed at 110am but the site says 2am and when I kept asking what time they closes he wouldn't tell me

Very friendly staff. You can serve yourself drinks and snacks. And they also come around with a beverage and snack cart. The best part is as long as you are a customer the snacks and beverages are free. So know your limit.

It was OK. Pretty much like most internet casinos. Some fun games, but not a lot to choose from. Very tight machines. Did not see a lot of winning going on
In town from Miami and checked out Hot Seats! Cha ching! Left with a small little jackpot. $$$

Hate this place. It’s bringing in the low life’s into the area. It’s closed for now, hopefully it stays that way. These places bring down neighborhoods and cause crime in the area.
