I went over to Kaley's Bird Cabin but it should be called Kaley's Bird Shit, everything looked very stale, especially the cookies it tasted old and the cinnamon rolls were rock hard. I gotten the red velvet cake which I could tale it was obviously box cake mixes I can tell that the owners who use cake mixies literally on everything! Duncan Heinz for the red velvet and Krusteaz for the lemon bars and Betty Crocker for the chocolate chip cookies. %95 isn't authentic and the cakes are ugly. I have no idea how this place is still "booming" inside this decaying mall. It's not the heart of the mall not by a long shot it's more like a dying blood vessel weakly pulsating blood before the rest of the cadaver of a mall dies finally and mercilessly. The interior because I caught a glimpse inside and saw the sink water was black! I can't even imagine what's swimming in there! Disgusting! I wouldn't want ANYONE to eat over this filthy pigsty, everything looks dusty and it looks more like an antique store than a bakery just how dusty the "pastries" look. I don't know how or why this place is still in business and given the humble history of this bakery it was sold in flea markets! Given the area in Leesburg I can see the people in this area living in a small town don't know any better option besides Kaley's Bird Shit and are ignorant of the quality of freshly baked cookies and cinnamon rolls not 5 days old pastries that came out of Duncan Heinz! I can say that their pastries come from good friends, we'll meaning people who just want to help this crumbling business thrive instead of letting it die. It's sad and I feel so sad for this business and the quality of the food is pitiful.

I found Kaley’s bakery online and the menu looked SO good! I live in North Carolina and was wanting to send my grandma who lives in Lady Lake a special treat. I called to get more information on the delivery/presentation process and 1. I was impressed to know I was speaking with Kaley directly 2. she was extremely pleasant and went out of her way to understand my request and preferences. I had a great experience. Thank you!

My uncle passed away. It saddened my heart. I searched on the web because I live in New Jersey. I spoke with Jane and she created an awesome dessert spread in honor of my uncle. Jane went over and beyond with the spread. I wanted to do something nice for my cousins. Jane and Kaley went to my uncle's house and set up a spectacular table. Jane and Kaley are a five stars.
