We ordered chicken straps to go because we were limited on time. We also ordered our dipping sauces. Got back to my daughter's place, and we had no dipping sauces. I called them. They apologized, but nothing more than that. Told me I could come back and get the sauces. Really????? That's your response? First of all, we were 10 to 15 minutes away depending on traffic. Then, if you consider at least 10 minutes there and 10 minutes back, our food would have been cold. We did not want to eat at the KFC because my other daughter could not leave the home at that time. Our food would have been cold. The other issue was our time. I had somewhere I needed to be. Too bad they don't have a Lee's Famous Chicken in Leesburg. Ocala does, and it is WAY better than this KFC. They make sure you get your dipping sauces, and they don't have a limit like KFC. The food is also way better. The Colonel would not be happy with this one.

This is the worst staff I have every seen. We walked in and stood at the register for 10 mins. No one even acknowledged that they would be with us... not even a hello. I would rather go to Popeyes than deal with inconsiderate employees. I guess someone failed to tell them that they are there for us, we're not there for them. We will NEVER go to KFC again.

So I’m mad. The food, great as always and came out super fast too. But the workers are unpleasant. They turn the drink machine off sometimes to prevent people from stealing drinks but when me and my mom went up to the counter it took a while before someone came over. 3 different workers locked eyes with me and turned around to walk away and ignored both me and my mother. When someone finally noticed us she approached the counter and said “what do you want?” In a nasty ass tone like she didn’t know the machine was off. I politely said that the drink fountain was off and asked her to please turn it on so we can get our drinks. She was like “what to drink” I told her Mountain Dew and a Pepsi please. The next words out of her mouth had shocked me. “Well go get the cups!” She raised her voice at me and snatched the cups out of my hands like I would’ve gotten my own drinks but she was just so rude and rolled her eyes at me. I’m a fast food worker I work at a McDonalds I get rude customers every single day but I have never once raised my voice or given a customer attitude back. And because I’m a fast food worker I have never EVER been rude to a worker as a customer because I know what they deal with everyday. But this was hands down the worst experience ever at least for me, she needs a real good talking to since she also ignored other customers and gave them the same treatment or similar treatment

KFC delivered a finger-lickin' good experience! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned just right. My order was hot and fresh, and the sides were delicious, especially the [mention a specific side you enjoyed, e.g., coleslaw, mashed potatoes]. The service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. A classic for a reason – five stars!

Ordered spicy chicken sandwich and got two old soggy chicken tenders on a bun instead. Last time we will order from here. Staff are rude, they always out of stuff, and food is usually gross. They can't even get mashed potatoes right. My kids love KFC so we gave them one more try. As usual, epic fail.

We went through the drive through at 11:48am They took our order of #4 with honey mustard and #1. When we got to the window to pay they told us there was a 15 minute delay on biscuits? It’s lunch time and there was no one else at the restaurant, why would they have zero biscuits. They gave us an extra side instead. However they gave us 2 #1meals instead of a #4 and a#1. So we had to stop so my husband could eat, with chicken strips you can eat and drive, but with a chicken breast you can’t. The chicken was greasy and all of the food lacked taste. We eat at KFC so we know what it should taste like. This place was awful.

I hate when you walk in to a fast food restaurant and they call out use the kiosk you order, we'll I don't use kiosks and they were meant for over flow if customers. So I left and went to Maryland chicken that's next door and OH WOW SO MUCH BETTER, the menu is WAY BETTER and the people actually serve and wait on there customers. KFC you lost a dedicated customer for just plain laziness on your employees part.
