I don't know why this place continues to sell chicken pot pies. They were sorry pies back in the day, so I waited a few years and they are still sorry. There is no sauce in the pie. It's more of a nasty paste. And chicken? Forget about it. Maybe 2 little shreds. Horrible concoction. I tossed it in the garbage. Inedible! Shame on KFC.

Omg! The drive up service was awesome! The manager is great! My not so good day turned around with drive up humor! Love the nuggets and the sticky chicken sauce!

We ordered chicken straps to go because we were limited on time. We also ordered our dipping sauces. Got back to my daughter's place, and we had no dipping sauces. I called them. They apologized, but nothing more than that. Told me I could come back and get the sauces. Really????? That's your response? First of all, we were 10 to 15 minutes away depending on traffic. Then, if you consider at least 10 minutes there and 10 minutes back, our food would have been cold. We did not want to eat at the KFC because my other daughter could not leave the home at that time. Our food would have been cold. The other issue was our time. I had somewhere I needed to be. Too bad they don't have a Lee's Famous Chicken in Leesburg. Ocala does, and it is WAY better than this KFC. They make sure you get your dipping sauces, and they don't have a limit like KFC. The food is also way better. The Colonel would not be happy with this one.

This is the worst staff I have every seen. We walked in and stood at the register for 10 mins. No one even acknowledged that they would be with us... not even a hello. I would rather go to Popeyes than deal with inconsiderate employees. I guess someone failed to tell them that they are there for us, we're not there for them. We will NEVER go to KFC again.

First time at this KFC and Jonathan knocked it out of the park, Pleasant and accommodating.... Only had 2 workers and they Rocked kept customers inside and drive through going with No hiccups. Will definitely be back.. Well We just went back and once again, Homerun You all

So I’m mad. The food, great as always and came out super fast too. But the workers are unpleasant. They turn the drink machine off sometimes to prevent people from stealing drinks but when me and my mom went up to the counter it took a while before someone came over. 3 different workers locked eyes with me and turned around to walk away and ignored both me and my mother. When someone finally noticed us she approached the counter and said “what do you want?” In a nasty ass tone like she didn’t know the machine was off. I politely said that the drink fountain was off and asked her to please turn it on so we can get our drinks. She was like “what to drink” I told her Mountain Dew and a Pepsi please. The next words out of her mouth had shocked me. “Well go get the cups!” She raised her voice at me and snatched the cups out of my hands like I would’ve gotten my own drinks but she was just so rude and rolled her eyes at me. I’m a fast food worker I work at a McDonalds I get rude customers every single day but I have never once raised my voice or given a customer attitude back. And because I’m a fast food worker I have never EVER been rude to a worker as a customer because I know what they deal with everyday. But this was hands down the worst experience ever at least for me, she needs a real good talking to since she also ignored other customers and gave them the same treatment or similar treatment
