We ordered 2 of the Slices-N-Stix . The pizza was good but they were supposed to come with marinara for the bread sticks and it was missing from both boxes, so we had pizza and bread . It even says it was supposed to come with the sauce on the ticket 🤷🏻♂️

I ordered food for my disabled grandson. He went in to pick the pizzas and the drink up and they said there wasn't anything ordered. However, they took the money out of my credit card and sent me confirmation that the pizza was in portal 009. Of course they won't refund the money. He doesnt have a phone and he said they would not let him call me. I will never order anything from there again.

Our family went out for Friday night pizza & have been here on a couple of occasions. Each time we’ve been, the service has been positive, upbeat, professional, & helpful! The food is consistent, perfect temperature, & very tasty or as our kids say, “totally goated no cap & food was fire 🔥 “ lol 🤣 if you have a pizza craving & are financially savvy, this location is by far our top pic! Thanks ya’ll!
our cashier we had gone to little Caesars OK, I’m to get a pizza, crazy puffs and a 2 L first of all the moment we walk in there is nobody at the counter understandable so we wait for someone to come and serve us so while we are waiting, she was woman she walks by. She says one moment she comes back she asks us what we want places. The order with us said it’s gonna be 15 minutes. We wait 20 minutes that we go right back first of all she can see me outside of the store we are waiting so we don’t interfere with the other customers. We are waiting outside in front of a door which is a glass door And She saw a walk by didn’t say anything so we going to get our pizza more of the story. She was very rude. She had an attitude problem and our food was cold.

I placed an order for 11:15 pickup, I tried to go inside and the door was locked and I was confused because they open at 11:00AM. I see someone walk to the counter to put an order in the pizza portal thing so I try to get their attention I even knock and they look at me and just walk away and so now I'm like okay what the hell. By this point it's past 11:20 and I have to be somewhere by 12 so I'm getting annoyed that I can't even enter the building when all I have to do is walk in and enter a code. A guy comes to the door extremely apologetic saying he told someone else to open the door but I guess they didn't and I just keep walking to get my order. This guy says it's not done I have like 7 more minutes for the rest of my order, so I stand for like 10 more minutes before finally getting everything and they gave me a brownie thing I guess for having to wait but I swear I waited for a scheduled order for 30 minutes it was ridiculous, 15 minutes standing outside of the door🤡 Should have just given me the damn order for free. Walked up to the building at 11:15 and didn't leave until 11:45

I see no one gets feedback or apologies with a review here so last night I ordered a deep dish cheese pizza and the pepperoni stuffed round things the sides of the top of the pizza box with smashed into my pizza when I open my pizza the pizza was stuck to the lid of the box it was not fresh if it was only the cheese would have been stuck to the Box but instead the whole pizza lifted up the pizza was tough my pepperoni stuffed things were burnt I was on an overnight shift caring for someone I couldn't even offer her any and to make it worse I didn't eat it but because I left the food at my client's house I was told today after showing a video pictures and my receipt that I could not have my food replaced if I don't bring the food back it's store policy then I asked for a phone number to corporate or somebody higher up if they are a franchise he said I would have to find it online this is not the first time I've had terrible food from there I've never complained but this was ridiculous and then I'm told I can't have what I paid for replace after showing proof of purchase and the quality of the food these people that work in there are absolutely disgusting they look like they slept in their work clothes rolled out of bed and came to work not to mention when I went and picked up my food last night the bathroom door was wide open with a homeless guy who was strung out sitting on the toilet with all of his personal belongings all over the floor this is an environment where food is made and served y'all should really get it together I'm reporting this store to the Better Business Bureau and the health department the workers there even smoke cigarettes and come in not washing their hands this is sickening in a way I am okay with the fact that I couldn't eat the food from there last night I will never return nor will my family y'all should be ashamed of yourselves and the people that you hire even the guy I spoke to today about my order from last night had ungroomed hair wiped his forehead with his hand didn't wash his hands and calls himself a manager
