I don't usually do Google reviews, and I can't speak to what the restaurant itself was like because I got take out, but the burrito I ordered (the Laureles Burrito) could very well be the best burrito I've had in my life. Seriously good, highly recommend.

Excellent Mexican Food. The waitress was 5 star service and the food was excellent. Large burrito enough for two people and the rest of the food was again 5 star. As with family.

Been there a couple times now & I think they're fantastic. The food is wonderful, everyone is so friendly, good drinks for a fair price. Definitely gonna be a go-to spot for us.

My wife and I stopped in on a Saturday and were treated to some really good Mexican food. My wife is Mexican and we know our Mexican food. Food was served promptly and in good quantity. The chips and salsa were good. The server/waitress Maria Socoro was outstanding. I had tacos and rice and beans my wife had a combo plate of tamale, tostada and chil relleno and rice and beans all dishes were delicious. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone!

AVOID THIS RESTAURANT!!!!!!
I ordered takeout and within one hour of eating my Husband became ill. All night long into the entire next day, he had very bad diarrhea and stomach cramps. I did not eat my entire meal, originally was going to save the rest for my lunch the next day. From the small portion I did eat, I too suffered from diarrhea and stomach cramps. Thank goodness not as bad as my Husband. I returned all of the uneaten items including all the extra sides that were untouched to the restaurant the very next day. The server lady handed to me the house phone in order for me to speak with the owner. I explained to him this issue and he said “ nobody else has complained of being sick”. I replied, “so you’re saying I’m lying about this?” His response was “yes”. Then he had his server walk the phone over to an elderly couple; it was very clear they eat there frequently. It is still unclear to me as to why bringing this sweet elderly couple into the situation was necessary. I made it very clear that they had better check all their food products, making sure that everything is properly stored and dated and that their employees follow proper food safety protocols. I definitely DO NOT want anyone else getting sick like we did. The owner in NO WAY attempted to try and make amends. NO APOLOGIES from him at all!!!!!!! I WILL BE REPORTING THIS RESTURANT to the Lake County Health Department
