Our family recently visited Luna Azul Authentic Mexican Restaurant for a casual dinner. While the restaurant wasn't packed, it had a good atmosphere. We waited about 15 minutes for a table, which is understandable without a reservation.Our server was friendly, but there were a few aspects of the service that could be improved for families. For example, the adult-sized drinks brought for the children didn't have lids, which could be a safety concern. Additionally, all the plates, including the children's meals, came out very hot.The portion sizes felt a bit on the small side for the price, and there were a couple of minor mix-ups with our orders. One fajita salad included a piece of chicken unexpectedly, while another fajita had a noticeably smaller portion of meat.Finally, towards the end of the meal, while one child was still eating, their plate was cleared by the server. It might have been helpful to check with the table before removing a full plate.Overall, Luna Azul has the potential for a good family dining experience, but a few adjustments could make it more suitable for young children.

Lovely little Mexican restaurant in a rundown strip mall, very clean and attractive decor. Food was excellent, I had the cheese chili relleno with mole, the mole was great, just the right amount of sweet and mildly spiced, a shredded beef burrito and chicken enchilada, both were great. My husband also had chili rellenos and avocado side salad. Service was swift, attentive and friendly!

No one new how to speak Spanish and my family didn’t know how to tell them stuff so I had to translate and the food was super cold and the service was really bad they took a hour to get my family and my food

What a great Mexican Restaurant. I have been here a few times and have never said anything about the food other than great, Prices are reasonable. I like the special of the day... Always a great meal, Always a good price. Drinks are reasonable and if you drink booze they are never weak. Ice tea is close to the best. Parking is plentiful.
Much more has changed along with the name order the chori burger bun was huge meat was small asked for a side condiment size queso to put in my burger was charged $6 spent nearly $30 for a burger and fries.

We have been to the previous Mexican restaurant that was in this space. What the new owners have done with the decor is very fresh and updated. Everything we had to eat and drink was excellent. The service was warm and inviting too. We are giving this new restaurant ??!

Came to Luna Azul just passing thru leesburg, Fl. Wow our food was excellent, staff was very nice as was the restaurant atmosphere. I had the carnitas which were excellent. Highly recommend this restaurant you will not be disappointed. As we were walking out a bunch of people were walking in.
