The manager is literally always on the phone not even her phone on the work phone walking around talking while immature employees are playing with their hands and joking around while one person or two people are working actually doing something just be prepared to wait an hour for your food Even if it’s just one item You’ll get more good customer service from Wawa’s talking kiosk then you would at this McDonald’s there are other McDonald’s close by don’t waste your time here this place needs to lose money so I can shut down

Mobil order, 15 min wait to get throgh drive thru and then pulled up for 20 minutes. Whats the point of doing a mobile order if there not going to start till you get there. Nuggets taste like the shortening was burnt. Out of mcribs and no drink carriers. The rest of the food was good.

The young lady at the drive-through window was playing and feeding the dog ice cream in the car in front of me. Before I could say anything she talking about she washed her hands. She don’t needed to be working drive-through window with that mindset. @ 1:45pm 12-3-2025

This has to be the slowest McDonalds I’ve ever been to.. 2 cars in the drive thru.. still takes 20+ minutes. I could understand if it was busy.. but dang this group of people has zero get up and go. They seem mostly asleep.
This is a bad place Everytime I got it's a 30 min wait Everytime I go it's fast food not a sit restraunt should be no 30 min timer for a mcdouble😂

Sat for almost 30 minutes as the only person in line. Took over 5 minutes to even get someone to take my order in the drive thru the sat there waiting forever just to be handed cold food. Idk what the overnight shift is doing but its not working.
