I made a mobile order on the mcdonalds app for curbside parking. My boyfriend went to go get it and they gave it to the wrong person without bothering to check that it was that person's order. My bf told them that they gave someone else our order and they were rude and gave him a lot of attitude for simply wanting the food that we payed for. If yall are seriously that miserable at your job then just leave. Clearly management needs to be adjusted and someone needs to be fired. Ridiculous. Don't go to this mcdonalds.

Parking lot littered with trash. Every table inside was dirty or had trash on it. The floor was sticky from some kind of spilled drink. Out of napkins. Is anybody in charge here? If you don't take care of your building, how do I know my food is being taken care of?

We went in for dinner and I had a semi large order. They parked us and we were fine with waiting because we asked for fresh fish and nuggets. We sat for 40 mins before they brought our food and when we got home the fish was so hard you could not eat it. We ordered 3 large fries and we got maybe 1 large fries between the 3 containers. We are so disappointed and aggervated that my husband's sandwich was in edible and I had to go back out to get him something else to eat...this place has really went down hill.ill drive to 466 for now on.

I ordered a medium McCrispy meal. The McCrispy was dry, overcooked, and missing mayo. The fries were missing their signature beef flavor and somehow had a raw taste despite being cooked properly. The ice machine on the fountain drink station was broken, so I was left with a warm drink. The service was questionable. It seemed like they were not paying attention. The atmosphere was alright, but it sounded like there was a party going on in the kitchen area. Overall, I would say that you should avoid this location if you desire a good experience.
