Every time I go to this McDonald’s, they say they don’t have ice cream. Or their machine is broke. It’s on a daily basis and I know for a fact that is not true. The staff is too lazy to clean the ice cream machine. I’m calling corporate. I just left there to get ice cream and they told me that they don’t have any today either.

The only reason why I’m even writing this right now is because I’m just so over this every time I go in there I always have to wait so long this time. I said I’m just gonna go inside rather than waiting at the drive-through all day long well come to find out you guys take care of drive-through before you guys do walk-ins I used to work at McDonald’s so I understand you’re doing that to save your times, but if you’re gonna cheat, at least make sure you take care of all your customers at the same exact time and you don’t make the inside people wait longer because your drive-through times are through the roof So you’re trying to bring them down and you click everybody off and then you help the drive-through before you come to the counter and that’s not right y’all need to get it together If you’re gonna cheat cheat, right

They wonder why they get paid minimum wage never open around 1am and always have to wait 2o mins or more for food this is ridiculous they are quick to say the system is down no the system is not down you just don’t want to work I don’t know why they are even advertising 24 hours just close @11 pm because at this point you guys are worthless

Plenty of staff yet they choose not to do curbside late at night. The option shouldn’t be available if they choose not to do a job they are paid to do. Expect nothless and go to chick fil a. Don’t expect more business from me or my group of people. Pick up your slack, needs to be replaced with a Burger King instead.

The customer service was lacking, and the food was served cold. There was no warm or friendly greeting.In addition, the drive-through lane was extremely long.
