I spent $41 for one meal with tip and delivery and they failed to send bread or toppings for my “loaded” baked potato. Super super super disappointed. Was completely dismissed upon calling.

Nothing exceptional. I won’t go back because there are many other better options in the area.

Waiting 15 mins after the time my food was supposed to be ready and was still missing fries. Really disappointed

I feel like Outback is losing its mojo. The loaded potato soup is a hard pass and I've tried it different times at different locations. It's just not good. The blooming onion lately has been just too greasy. The Cesar salad is flavourless and for the ever increasing prices we're having to pay to eat out, I really expect more. I think I'm giving up on Outback.

Went to get a to go order of shrimp before closing, I got just grilled shrimp and I am on the road for work so I wanted some meat for dinner since I was starving. I spent $18 and all I got was 8 small shrimp with some bread underneath. I can eat an entire bag of shrimp from Walmart which has about 30-40 shrimp if that tells you how little this filled me up. I was so hungry that the only picture I have is the leftover shells but you can see there is only 8. Idk maybe it was just an appetizer but $18 I mean c'mon🤷😣

Overall disappointed with my experience. Came here last week with my in-laws to celebrate a birthday in the family. We had a party of nine and our waitress struggled with our table (though she was clearly trying and did what she could to fix mistakes.

I ordered the three course special and did not get my salad until after the entrees were brought out for the table. My husband and one other person did not receive their soups either. When I did finally get my salad, it was sad. Yellow, chunky lettuce, too much dressing and very, very little blue cheese. Not worth the upcharge. My father-in-law's salad also had a lot of yellow lettuce.

My entree was fine, the steak was cooked to the correct doneness and my baked potato was good. However, when desert finally arrived (we had to ask for it) my cheesecake was frozen hard enough that I had to employ my steak knife just to eat it. To add insult to injury, I did not get my reward points despite putting in my phone number for them.

I was here in November the day my dad passed way. Party of 7. All the steaks came out nearly raw. We sent them back. I had to send mine back twice. That was very disappointing after a very hard day as we were trying to honor my dad.
Today my son wanted to celebrate his birthday at Outback. Same party of 7. I couldn’t believe the exact same thing happened. This time they cut my steak in half and put the raw inside on the grill. GROSS!!!! What a way to ruin a steak. It was the manager that served it to me that way. I ate my cold lobster and told them to take that steak away. After ruining our dinner, our evening and our party the manager gave me only a $20 discount on a nearly $300 bill. What a disappointment. Neither the manager nor the waitress cared. Won’t ever go back.

Outback used to be one of the better places to go now you might as well just drive through McDonald's and get your order wrong it's about the equivalent now unfortunately but the proprietor is the one that needs to be looked at because if they are allowing their servers to be less than awesome and their food going out to me less than awesome then they need to take a step back and rethink their leadership

11am 2/16/25 Leesburg Fl. Never greeted by Hostess, she did not smile and simply said 3? Then sat us and walked away. Elizabeth, our waitress was phenomenal. She smiled and had personality. She was on top of everything from beginning to end. Food was so so, food was kind of bland and mediocre. New Decor is boring.

My steak was severely overcooked. The french fries cold like they had been sitting, also overcooked. Asparagus severely under seasoned. The best thing about my lunch was the lemons in my tea. I spent $141 and tipped good after that. Very disappointing.

It was average . I ordered steak, lobster baked potato asparagus. W house salad and a blooming shrimp, the Asparagus was slimy, potato was hard as a rock and my salad came with a pinch of cheese and dressing already on it instead in those little cups and it was such a small amount of dressing and cheese on it . Had a better experience the first time I came .

There was a long wait for the Food and it arrived cold, the server was pleasant and apologetic. We were not impressed and won't be back. This is the second time in a row that this happened.

Ordered delivery last night and it was horrendous. My daughters steak was so well done I could hardly cut through the char, the baked potato was so hard we just threw it away, the chicken was dry, and the fries in one of the meals were rock solid. They’re obviously careless with cross contamination too because my butter and sour cream were layered in the to go cups. Who does that? Our delivery took MAYBE 30 minutes from order to arrival so don’t blame it being in to go boxes. I worked in this industry for 10 years and this was unacceptable.
