Tha manager Gabriel was great. He checked on my table he was out on the floor and working along side his staff. One of the bartenders broke a glass and he was very professional in handling the situation, showing genuine concern his bartender was not cut. He took it upon himself to clean the area. The food was got and fresh and the atmosphere was great. The staff were happy and kept busy.

I must say, I haven't been so pleased to write a review for a restaurant like I am now. Our server Jessica, has the best customer service skills I've seen in a long time. She treated my family with great care and warmth. Outback, Jessica deserves a promotion. Great experience, my brother's birthday, and my mom having her kids and grand kids together was priceless.

I rarely give 5 stars as there is always room for improvement. I had a 15oz Steak. It was perfectly grilled and melt in your mouth tender. We had contact with 3 staff members, all very polite, professional and welcoming. I did not leave hungry for sure. Stay away from the bread, they will keep offering it to you and you will keep eating it, its that good. You really can't complain about the price due to the soaring cost of beef.
We ordered two filets with garlic butter. We received one very fatty filet and a sirloin. The house salad had old lettuce. The loaded mashed potatoes weren't loaded and we paid extra for them. This isn't the first time at this location. Eat elsewhere and save yourself the money and frustration.
