This review is based on one thing. The pizza I ordered today. Is was a promotional pizza. The 5 cheese garlic crust pizza. It was a total downer. You needed a microscope to see the 5 cheeses. And as for garlic, not even a hint of garlic flavor on the crust. I might understand the lack of cheese if you were applying 1 type, but 5 types of cheese. I should barely see the crust. I'm sorry to say it but the garlic herb crust at Hungry Howies puts this to shame. Get to work on improvements.

I ordered pizza and wings, wife is in hospital and after 3 days of hospital food I wanted Papa John's, so I was to meet driver at the ER, I get down there and am talking to security at the door and waiting for pizza, I mentioned to security that I was waiting on pizza, he proceeded to tell me Papa John's had just left as I was getting off elevator and the driver left my food at reception desk, I went and verified it was my order, I never paid for this order, so as I am an honest person I called the store and explained to the guy answering the phone what happened and how I hadn't paid for my order, he was immediately rude and told me they never deliver to hospital without being paid over the phone, so after hearing this I simply said "Do You Want This Money or Not", He proceeded to call driver and was rude to him also cause I could hear him talking to driver apparently on another phone, finally the rude guy says to me that the driver was on his way back and hung up, Now I'm waiting and 15 minutes goes by and I called back same rude guy proceeded to tell me that the driver had other deliveries and would be here soon, I told this guy that now 20 minutes my pizza and wings are cold as I'm still waiting to pay for food before going upstairs, 10 more minutes and driver showed up and was super nice, I even tipped him... I will not use or recommend this store ever again, Papa John's Be Better Do Better, your rudeness and uncalled for attitude lost an honest customer....

Ordered a shaqaroni xl pizza half pepperoni and the other half extra cheese only. I used the app so there was no verbal miscommunication.They must have made the whole pizza pepperoni, cooked it, and after realizing their mistake, removed the pepperoni from the other side and gave me the pizza that way. They didn't even try to add cheese over it to try to cover their mistake. I will never eat Papa John's again. From any location. I will add that the manager or whoever answered my complaint was kind and promptly issued a refund

Ordered two XL cheese pizzas. The pizzas arrived cold.. crust was 30% of the pizza.. and barely any cheese. I called and spoke with the manager and she was completely unprofessional. She had the nerve to say “the pizzas were not the best but at least 8/10. We have someone training but I’ll give you a credit for 1 pizza.” I told her it was unacceptable and told her I would literally drive there to show her the quality and she hung up on me. I called back and she kept cutting me off when I tried to speak. It felt like a game to her. I’m not gonna name drop but I’ve never had a manager treat me like that before. Look at the pictures.. my kids didn’t even eat it.
