Lack of communication, waited over 40 minutes for our delivery, only to find out when calling, our order was never cooked. Store claims due to no drivers, so how about a phone call, or a update via the internet? We can track our delivery, but you can't let us know there is a problem? Sad, really like the food, but not worth the 2 hour aggravation, and that's with us picking up, while 2 drivers sit in their cars in the parking lot.
