We ordered an XL pizza with three toppings; one being mushrooms.
Literally had maybe 4 slices of mushrooms on the entire pizza. We called and respectfully expressed our concern, yet the lady who answered the phone was clearly not interested in providing any level of customer service.
They just lost our business.

Maybe work on hiring more employees or perhaps ones who can walk. Might speed up your service. Very rude employee due to her being short staffed and "everyone ordering pizza tonight". Yes people will order pizza from a pizza shop

I ordered delivery on the papa John’s app and a completely different order was delivered with door dash. I tried calling the store to tell them and was put on hold twice and then hung up on. Wasn’t able to contact anyone.

I always order online because it's the only way to get your papadia points which come in handy. Do you get a point for every dollar I spend about $30 each delivery so after 2 times ordering delivery I have enough to get a free dessert or any other $10 item. I suggest you order online and get your papa points today or ASAP!!

Had the worst experience, not to mention Amanda was the rudest person I have ever met in my entire life, you think she would be kinder given her features ? I do not recommend papa johns and their staff

Food was ok my problem there is absolutely no price on the menu. I ordered small pizza two toppings and 6 piece wings cost me 25.98 and I was like thats why I don't eat out and that was take out what kind of bull is that at least put the price on the menu like you have some common sense or they think you don't
It's a papas.. aside from getting like...brownies instead of the cinnamon twist things as ordered.. all good :)

I will never come back here. Ordered ahead at the actual store at 5:50pm. I'm still here and it is 6:52pm. They told us 25 minutes two times and when we came back for the THIRD time the employees ESPECIALLY the manly woman in the back. She was hostile, rude, inconsiderate and nasty. My mom asked them for a soda since we've been here over an hour and still here the lady shouted "I'll give you an apology" and didn't give one and proceeded to say that she can pull it out early stating to give us raw food! How rude!!! We're still here and it's currently 6:58pm and guess what??? WE'RE STILL HERE!! LANA came with great customer service and is trying to fix the issues. But the employee in the back making the food is disgusting and gives the company a bad name. My relationship with papa John's is over. Especially when she threw pot's and pans around making others nervous.

The reason for only 3 stars is we did not get the Calzone stuffed crust we ordered our 5 topping pizza had very little toppings and they were only in the center. Not bad tasting a lot like little Caesars pizza. Don't think we will go back.
