We ordered an XL pizza with three toppings; one being mushrooms.
Literally had maybe 4 slices of mushrooms on the entire pizza. We called and respectfully expressed our concern, yet the lady who answered the phone was clearly not interested in providing any level of customer service.
They just lost our business.

I ordered delivery on the papa John’s app and a completely different order was delivered with door dash. I tried calling the store to tell them and was put on hold twice and then hung up on. Wasn’t able to contact anyone.

I have my pizzas delivered and the problem is the delivery person does not follow directions
I always order online because it's the only way to get your papadia points which come in handy. Do you get a point for every dollar I spend about $30 each delivery so after 2 times ordering delivery I have enough to get a free dessert or any other $10 item. I suggest you order online and get your papa points today or ASAP!!

I ordered small pizza two toppings and 6 piece wings cost me 25.98 and I was like thats why I don't eat out and that was take out what kind of bull is that at least put the price on the menu like you have some common sense or they think you don't
