I understand that trying to run a business today is hard but if customer service isn't high on your priority list then that business isn't going to succeed. I had placed an order on Monday to pick up on Tuesday. It was for a lemon meringue pie and an apple pie. I arrived on Tuesday morning and the restaurant was empty at ~10 am. I waited about 10 mins before anyone even acknowledged me being there. Finally one staff person ran by me and said would be with me in a few minutes. Then another customer stood behind me to check out. We waited together. The staff that went out back then came out and reiterated they would be able to help in a few minutes. Sigh, finally I was asked about my order. She went out back to get it and returned later with the pies. That night I served the pies to my guests. What a terrible surprise...one lemon meringue and one CHERRY NOT APPLE PIE. I guess my lesson was learned. I hope management learns from this to improve the process that is not providing QUALITY customer service.

First timer here... What a great experience. The friendliest people in Leesburg work here. I repeatedly overheard people asking for certain servers, looks like they have quite the regular base. Not surprised. The portions were huge and an incredible value. We had the new special Burger/Pie/Fry for $9.99 The burger was huge. Melissa suggested adding bacon to our burger, did not disappoint. The burger was really excellent cooked properly, hot fries (seasoned) the pie.... ohhh the pie, Everything in the bakery case looked so tempting, but.... That strawberry pie... To die for.

Thank you Perkins, job well done we will definitely be back.

The food was excellent. No complaints at all about the food. Service is horrifying. You honestly have to go up to the kitchen entrance to get anyone to wait on you. There were 4 tables of customers. Average wait time for service was 12 minutes. The entire staff just hangs out and hides in the kitchen. Last time we waited for over 20 minutes and left. It’s too bad because the food is good. We spoke with the manager in a polite manner. Hoping service improves. What a shame

Enjoy coming 3 times a week for great food. Service has been very attentive and pleasant. No problems with food, service and employees. Adam is a very nice young man with a smile on his face and he's always very busy keeping things clean, professional. His service to us keeps us coming. Thank you again for everything

First time here ever trying even the franchise out and based on my first experience, walking through that door, I would never come back and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone the girl at the front. Her name was. Ashly was extremely rude and passive aggressive. my food took over 30 minutes to make and it was not even busy. I didn’t get an apology for the time that I had to wait, I didn’t get any type of acknowledgment and when I told her to have a good day, she came back with a snarky response and very passive aggressive. I recommend training on customer service so that you make sure every customer that walks through your restaurant has the best experience and is not greeted with this Horrible energy and attitude I will be reaching out to corporate as well because I have worked in the restaurant business for some time and I know that this is not what you should be presenting to the customers

Came in with my family and it was quite busy. Seemed short staffed. Even though she was running around taking care of most tables on her own, our waitress Jamie was still very sweet and attentive! Food was delicious! Will definitely be coming back soon!

I am so angry at the service problem I had today. I have been a loyal supporter of Perkins restaurant for the 3 years that I have lived in Florida my husband and I are here three times a week and I also come with my girlfriends. Today I ordered a breakfast which the way she was asked me if I wanted hash browns or the potatoes and I said the potatoes I ordered a little omelette the 55 and over menu with pancakes. I asked for blueberry. She brings me my check they charged me $1.69 for the blueberries without telling me you're asking me if it was okay, secondly they charged me $4.19 for the breakfast potatoes. So I said to the manager why am I paying $4.19 for potatoes that came with the breakfast? She says because when you order extra you pay for it I said I didn't order them extra she asked me which potato I wanted I thought they were included yeah but you ate them so now you got to pay for them and walked away. So I said of course I ate them I thought they came with my breakfast. I am so angry right now I will never come back here and the service is terrible you always wait wait wait wait. So I will never go back they lost a very good customer. I am very disappointed. It wasn't the money factor it was the fact she did not tell me anything about them two items. So $4.19+$1.69=$5.88 I should not of had to pay....I'm just really put out bye this...I'm done
