The pizza šthat I ordered I did it online and it was not what Iām trying to say is it had too much red sauce in it and my esophagus š¤did not agree with that later in the night I had this horrible heartburn š„²because the employees did not pay attention to details when I put my order online I think from now on I might go to Papa Johnās or hungry howieās if nobody cares about the quality why should I continue to come back and spend my hard earn money that is ridiculous ..Things need to changeš¤¦š½āāļø. Soooooo disappointed ā¹ļø All they have to do is really honestly just be able to read when people put in their order through the online app. I donāt even know if AI is reading the orders for them, but maybe there is a lack of reading comprehension with some of these employees or maybe they just need more training it could be that the manager or the assistant manager with the regional manager just never did any kind of training but itās just very very upsetting and disappointing to not be able to get what you really want. sometimes itās difficult very difficult š

Worst pizza ever!!! Worst food ever! Ordered Light on sauce & there was 3X more sauce than necessary! Mozzarella sticks were not done. Bacon Cheddar bread sticks were also undercooked & too doughy to eat Waste of money!
BEWARE: THEY USE DOOR DASH! Driver sat in the van for 4 min before I opened the door. Then he held order in hand while standing at the end of the sidewalk & taking pics of my place. Asked my name & demanded I open my door fully even tho I have dogs who were trying to escape. I instructed him to leave food on the table as instructed via order. Will never order from this location again!

The pizza was much better than I remember from the 90's. The staff was friendly. The building was clearly an old Pizza Hut.

Food is sub-par, nothing like how pizza hut used to be. The service was terrible, I placed an order that had a scheduled pick up of 5:35, I arrived at 5:40, and waited until 6:05 before my order was given to me. It had been sitting in the hot hold box for some time. In that time, I had folks who came in, placed an order, and got their food before they found my order.
When attempting to make a call order, the guy over the phone put me on hold after repeating the WRONG order multiple times. Absolutely abysmal customer service.

Did not eat in this was pickup I ordered the gluten free crust with pepperoni & pineapple and I asked that it look like on the ads. It was done that was & was picture perfect. I wish they had Cauliflower crust; it is a much better option than nasty tasty gluten free crust.
