The food and service has been consistently disappointing at this location. First time I went, I ordered a chicken sandwich online. When I arrived, they had no chicken sandwiches or any way to process a refund.

The second time, they had cleaned the dining room early and did not want me to sit there.

The third time, a promo would not work and what I got for chicken tenders was pathetic.

I used to love Popeyes chicken sandwiches. I can't tell if this location is terrible or the quality in general is poor. Either way, avoid this location.

Went inside and ordered and as the lady was fixing to put chicken on box I said I’m sorry I forgot to ask for all dark my son is a quadriplegic and has a hard time swallowing. Then I said thank you I should have told you this black man says yeah you should have. I ask the lady waiting on me did he just say yeah I should have and she didn’t know what to say. Then after we went and sat down another lady came in who had been through the drive in and said her chicken strips were cold and he must have said something under his breath and she heard it and said
Am I wrong for wanting hot food and that same man said oh I was just saying you’re the second one to complain so he needed to talk to the cook. He was just covering for whatever he really said.
I’ve had him at the window before and he’s rude there also.

Whoever was working the window at noon on the 29th is completely rude talks over you and Pops his head out the window like he's something hard! I hope corporate sees this and you get fired, can't even handle a drive-through job!

The food was good. The service was atrocious, and this is the first time I’ve ever been here. I drove through the drive-through and the pothole about tore up the underneath of my car and whenever I told the guy at the window that the pothole is messed up he said we’ve just been telling people to be careful, but that doesn’t help if you’re already driven over it. I order my food and I say mashed potatoes, no gravy please I go up to the window. I get my food and they give me mashed potatoes and gravy so I back up back to the window and I tell him the mashed potatoes were supposed to have no gravy. he says oh I’m sorry about that and then a new man comes up in a different colored uniform. I think he’s wearing a gray shirt and says what can I help you with and I said oh the mashed potatoes we’re supposed to have no gravy and he said oh you never said that with an attitude and I was like no I did say when I ordered it mashed potatoes, no gravy he said well just pull up to the line, We’ll bring it out to you with an attitude again

Went to the drive thru and placed an order for two meals. Payed at the window at 7:05. We were asked to pull forward to the front. After waiting 10 minutes, went inside to check on the food. The food was not ready. Waited an additional 10 minutes inside. They hadn't dropped the fries for our meals at that point so we were given mashed potatoes. When we got home the sandwiches weren't even right after all that. The worst experience ever.

Horrible place, knowingly served old inedible food. No refund given due to ordering on app. Followed up with corporate, they mentioned they would get in touch with management, never happened was given 700 app points as compensation for my entire meal. Have not heard a thing it's been a few months now.

On Sunday morning at 11:28AM
Went through the drive thru and while trying to order my food the cashier wouldn't let me finish getting my order out she was rushing me. I had to keep repeating myself.. nasty attitude

Terrible terrible terrible service!!! I just came through the drive thru and the “shift leader” was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I told her she didn’t have to be rude, she told me to go elsewhere! Very disappointed

Made an online order through Popeyes app. arrived and the store was closed 30 MINUTES before actual closing time. I placed the order for pick up at 915, recevived email that it was ready for pick up and when arriving, I had to honk my horn to grab someone's attention because drive through was not answering the intercom. Paid $60 through my Google pay account and still waiting for the refund. I had guests coming over within 10 minutes and have no food for them. Just came from the hospital as well and figured take out would be easier than cooking and this cause more stress.

Why can we never get our biscuits? 😂 . At a certain point it’s inexcusable. I need to check my order better, I get it. Why do customers have to be the quality control? Just disappointed we didn’t have our biscuits again. Tried online ordering, same outcome, no biscuits. Is it because of tariffs? 😂 We don’t don’t have cheat nights often. Checked the receipt , paid for biscuits. I run a 12 million a year company but can’t get my biscuits. I’m ashamed 😢
