Why can we never get our biscuits? 😂 . At a certain point it’s inexcusable. I need to check my order better, I get it. Why do customers have to be the quality control? Just disappointed we didn’t have our biscuits again. Tried online ordering, same outcome, no biscuits. Is it because of tariffs? 😂 We don’t don’t have cheat nights often. Checked the receipt , paid for biscuits. I run a 12 million a year company but can’t get my biscuits. I’m ashamed 😢

Unfortunately, every attempt to eat at this specific location they have already run out of something. Today was the chicken sandwich, the same as the last time. Early to mid day, I show up, and still, they're out of chicken breasts. Very disappointed. And still hungry.

While going thru the drive thru you couldn't hear the service worker on the otherside of the microphone, so I turn off my truck. My wife asked if the there was any specials with sides. His answer- Background noise- then he said isn't that what I just told you, we only have a 10 piece bucket only. With an attitude. So, we left and went to KFC where they were nice and got the order with no problem. We won't be back..

Me and my family will travel from Minneola to Leesburg to enjoy Popeyes before we dine at the Clermont location. This location is always clean, food is fresh, and service is top tier. It was so good to see Anthony, which is a Popeyes legend. That man can run a company.

Maria and the young women on staff in the evening (1/1/25) are the absolute best and provide amazing service. The GM is really great too and we always know we will be walking into a clean restaurant! Lady decided to ignore the phone over and over again, wouldn’t come up to the window online says there open until 11, when i finally got her to answer the phone she said she closed 25 minutes ago and refused to give me my order that i could see sitting on the counter. Absolute laziness, and disrespectful. Had an attitude the whole time she wouldn’t tell me her name, but she needs to get her shit together

Chicken was not fully cooked, fries were oily and cold. Coleslaw amount was 2 tablespoons, was good though. My husband had bacon and cheese sandwich, say good. Not in a hurry to return.
