My wife and I have been to to eat here 7 times over the last two years. Always was excellent food and good service.Today we took some friends from out of town to eat. When we arrived, the waiter put our menus at the table with the silverwar and then came back to the hostess desk and told us to go sit down….The service was very slow but they were busy compared to previous visits. I understand. My wife and her friend ordered the salmon and risotto, it was terrible! The risotto was drenched in honey and the fish was so fishy tasting! Presentation of all of her meals was not good, From the hostess, to the waiter, to the presentation, was 2 out of 10. The most important thing is after I was done, I went to the hostess and told her what the problem was. I told her I’m not looking for a free meal. I started talking to her about the whole situation, and the manager walked up behind her didn’t say anything the whole time and didn’t even try to acknowledge me. Unfortunately, I won’t be back again.

Thought we try some place new. It was by far the worst meal I have ever had. The seafood in the pescatore linguine was cold. The flavor of the sauce was good, but that's it. The salmon saltimbocca was so greasy, it was not edible. The pasta fagioli soup was more like vegetable minestrone and had zero flavor. We sent both meals back but no one came out to ask or discuss the situation. After that our server disappeared for about 15 minutes. They did take the meals off the bill, which I would expect them to, my biggest issue was the seemingly lack of caring by anyone.

Don't waste your time...hostess horrible...food everything was cold even though the waitress said they don't start cooking until she places the order. We had bread, apps, salad,soup and main entree (one had stuff shells) for our party of 5 and every single thing served was cold.
In fairness, they were short staffed. The entrees were really good. The appetizers tasted like they were bought frozen and heated.

Such a great place. The food is spot on and fresh. Servers are attentive and efficient bit not over the top. We had veal parm, meat ravioli, stuffed meatloaf and mignon and finocchi. Phenomenal.

Terrible service which was a shame because we were a wedding rehearsal party of 40 with a reservation. They were so unprepared. One server on the party with one bartender. I doubt this place will even exist in a year. Management really needs to step their game up.

Well, decided to give it another try. Granted I get the restaurant was busy, but when we arrive 45 minutes prior to closing and are told we can't be seated why post a closing time on your website. We were told to go sit at the bar. We tried. There were no clean tables, so we waited. No one acknowledged us. The website should just say we may or may not seat you. Unfortunately the service 3x now has not been good.
Food is "VERY" good. Great place to eat. Clean, quiet, service is very good too.
