Ordered a to-go order and said specifically what was wanted on the two burgers that were ordered. They made both of the burgers wrong, one of them even twice. My mom and I both have allergies and medical conditions that don't allow us to eat certain foods. They continued to put the allergens on the food. The manager was extremely rude and even said "the next time one of the burgers is made wrong, we would have to pay for it." Who does that? Why would we have to pay for something that one, we didn't ask for, and two, for a mistake they keeping making? This is the last time we will be coming here. Everytime we come here the food ends up being made incorrectly.

We waited 45 minutes for our food and they weren't even busy yet. No salad on the salad bar and the server was confused but friendly. Fish was extremely greasy and the chicken Asiago was extremely small. We won't return.

The atmosphere, it's okay, we went and was seated, the waitress was nice, but very slow. When we finally ordered all hamburgers It took forever to get our food.People that came in after us got the food be before us. We ended up having to tell them to put it into TOGO containers. we had to eat it in the car because we had to be at another appointment. We would have had plenty of time to eat there if we would have gotten our food in a timely manner. The hamburgers taste it salty. And the french fries warm and limp. I was not impressed at all with the service or the food lay off the salt. People with high blood pressure don't need that much salt on the food. I have no plans to visit Ruby Tuesdays anytime soon.

I personally rarely rate a place. However, I feel like it's a must. Initially the host was nice and the waitress was very nice. We personally rarely go out. Since being colored leaves us feeling uncomfortable with service in multiple places within the area.
However, the lady was straight up rude by the end of visit. Taking long time to serve food(soup which was either too hot or too cold). Not offering more than one refill request or water (as my husband cup was empty).
As well as my husband heard her commenting to others waiters that we should have told her our pay was "gift card"(Doesn't matter if the customer is willing to tip by other payment.) As well as scolding other waitress loudly.
Bottom line not impressed with this place won't be back.

So last week i ordered there instead of getting back to me to tell me items I ordered weren't abilable.they let me drive up there for nothing and still charged my card any way had to accept another meal on another night. So tonight this over weight African American manager tried to call me a racist and ruined my food by putting tons of spice on my ribs after making me wait curb side for half an hour after I called to let them know I was there. This place is very unprofessional and food isn't very good any more. Used to be my go to but this manager is messing it up for them. Stay away. Oh yea they forgot my baked potato too. Horrible management.

Our waitress Mysheeka was amazing! Food was ok. Ribeye was very thin. Ribs were moist and tasted great!
I usually don't complain about Ruby Tuesdays but I went in to pick up a to go order and the host sent me over to the bar where I stood for 5 minutes and 2 employees past me and went to the back and did not acknowledge me at all. Seems like they were waiting for another one of there colleagues to help me . I finally got acknowledged and got my order after standing there for a few minutes

Just got the salad bar. Lettuce could have been a little fresher. Its notmally much better. It was on the verge of not good. But we love this place and the service here.

The service was pretty bad. No drink refills, we waited at least 20 minutes to get the check so we could pay and leave. The food was fair. I ordered the salmon with a baked potato and broccoli. The piece of salmon was tiny and slightly overcooked. We eat at Ruby Tuesday a couple of times a month and it's usually really good. This time it seemed like everything was off.

Salad bar good steaks not anything to.brag about... Me and my husband ordered a couple of steaks. His came out fine was a little undercooked but mine was a flat steak with all fat in it. And when they brought it back to me to attempt to fix it, I wish I could send a picture unbelievable! Also, Disabled persons had to hobble all the way in the restaurant. Door dash and curb side pickup like 5 spots in front of door! All disabled parking further down the sidewalk away from door!😡💔
