Gave me 1 of my drinks, told them I was missing one. They said oh we didn’t see it so you’ll have to wait until the next 6 tickets are done and we’ll make it lol just left with 1 drink.

Cyndi (I believe I spelt that correctly) in the drive thru is an exceptionally marvelous human! She’s got a lovely smile and such a charming and vibrant spirit. She is an absolute delight to come across each and every time I visit, she makes the experience truly memorable! The world needs more Cyndi’s, but even then, she’d still be one of a kind! Thank you for sharing such genuine positivity!

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee through Uber Eats. My sandwich was frozen and my coffee was missing whip cream and cinnamon dolce sprinkles. The coffee tasted amazing but it was missing key parts to it.

Uber Eats customer service has nothing to do with what was missing from my order and the fact that my sandwich was FROZEN. The store messed up my order, not Uber Eats.

Have went here multiple times (6) recently and tried to order the lunch sandwiches and they are out what single time no matter the day. Thank god you can exit their drive thru without being stuck. I usually order a lot more but only go there for the lunch sandwiches. Don’t waste your time this location is terrible and the people are not so friendly. Makes sense they must’ve got a terrible owner.

Customer Service is below par. I walked in no one greeted me and they were more concerned about the drive-thru than patrons actually walking in No one tended to me. After a few minutes, someone told me to wait that someone would be with me. No one ever came and there was four people standing in front of me working and no one gave me any eye contact ridiculous.I waited almost 5 minutes and I just left. If someone would’ve just greeted me, acknowledged me and shown customer care I would’ve waited another five minutes, but the fact that they blew me off and had no regard, had me uneasy I’d rather give my business to someone else. What happened to good old customer service?

Checked the hours before driving out to pick it up since this location has been iffy in the past. When I arrived, I got to the window and they told me they were closing 1.5 hours early. No other explanation.

This is probably the third time this has happened, and is the last for me.
