I love Steak N’ Shake but they never fail to get my simple order wrong sometimes twice in a row. Wdym the butter is frozen? Don’t charge me for a butter steak burger then.

When we went in, no hello, no nothing. Had to try and place our own order on the tablet, when that wasn't working it was almost impossible. A cook was playing on his phone & using same gloves with the food. Not a great visit.

Kitcat shake tasted like just creamy cold. No vanilla at all just flavorless. I got a single butter steakburger and it smelled and tased like nothing. Fries were ok-ish. Its almost like they have never heard of flavor. Even the cheese tasted like someone tried to recreate it from memory. This place used to be so good but its gon down hill. Also my chilli cheeze fries were flavorless.

Everything was good and service was good also. They should just think about putting a sign out to keep there QR code after they order. I went to get a seat for my wife and I. But I come back to get my drink and I couldn’t get it cuz neither of us knew to keep the QR code and my wife had already throw it away. Not a big deal but could use a sign.

I ordered from the drive in window and I asked for no ketchup. I wanted mustard. They put catch up and no mustard. Unbelievable and the burger was not seared in the least. It's the worst burger I ever had from steak and sjake.
Please shut your doors. PS do not respond steak and shake. I do not wantna hear your generic. I'm sorry you had a poor visit with us.

I ordered the garlic steak burger, a usual for me. Friendly service, but what I received for my order was a sad excuse for a garlic burger. The bun had NO garlic spread on top of it and it was dry as heck. I asked for extra garlic spread and there was NONE on top of the bun, and virtually none actually on the bun. It was the worst, driest burger I've ever had at steak n shake. Check out the photos for how they advertise the burger, and how it came.
