The workers are always so sweet and they load up the subs for me anyone who says they’re bad are probably just rude

The gentleman that was working made a very bad situation good! Apparently, they no longer serve foot long cookies. Unfortunately I ordered on the app and paid, so did not know until I got there. Of course , I was running late and needed this for my grandson's birthday supper. The man working went to the back and found the last 4, compensated me with different already baked cookies for the 5th I had paid for. He was courteous and I appreciate his effort so very much!!!

I went in tonight to pick up my online order and there was only one employee working who said she didn't make my order and couldn't make my order because something was wrong with her eye, she was turning away other customers and literally walked out of the kitchen and sat down in the dining room while I was standing there. Did not offer any support or resolutions, when I asked how to get a refund she said she didn't know wait for the manager who was no where to be found and no way to get ahold of anyone I literally just got left hanging and out of $35, that was supposed mine and my kids dinner now I have no idea if I will get my money back. I ordered through the app and it now says my order was picked up and it wasn't I never got anything.

Placed an online order and when I showed up to pick it up the employee was agitated in the seating area on the phone. When another customer asked if there was another employee she looked at her rudely suggesting that there wasnt anyone to make anything.. She could of simply stated that they were closed at that time. Very rude. I will be calling to get a refund tomorrow since I did not receive my order.

1 star (because zero isn’t an option)
I went into subway last night and immediately regretted every life decision that led up to that point. For starters I ordered my food online so that it could be ready when I got there and it wasn’t..FIRST RED FLAG. The person making my food had an attitude and was too focused on the inappropriate music being played loud on the store speaker to even greet me..SECOND RED FLAG. And then threw my sandwich on the counter like it was trash and didn’t offer me a bag while walking away from it...THIRD RED FLAG. Once I got home I opened my Philly cheese steak sub and it looked absolutely AWFUL. I should’ve watched my sub while it was getting made but I trusted that it was going to get made with decency..it’s safe to say I was more than wrong. It was a foot long sub with what looked like only veggies in it..and a little line of steak. I was highly disappointed as I was incredibly hungry all day and was excited for my sandwich. The disappointment was beyond me. And just when I thought the night couldn’t get worse. After picking through the Sandwich and eating what I could I started to immediately feel stomach cramps. So my only guess is either the little bit of meat was old or not properly stored and was gave to me. I wouldn’t recommend this subway to my WORSE enemy.

I placed an order ahead on the app in order to make pickup an easy experience. I arrived right on time to pick up my food only to find that it was not made yet. There was a short line and only one gentleman working. I was not impressed with the food but it was ok. They did not have the cookies I ordered (probably because the poor guy was working alone.) I am outraged that this location would only have one staff working by themselves. It is not fair nor humane to have one person running an entire restaurant. This needs to be addressed and fixed. The gentleman was so kind and doing his absolute best, but again, he should never of had been put in the position that he was. Subway needs to do better.

The two male employees didn't switch gloves after working as cashiers, face and head hair uncovered. Place looked new but wasn't clean.

The two boys that were working tonight were awesome. I don't have a small family so we showed up 15 mins before closing. Yes I know bad mom award. But they were so welcoming and made our experience enjoyable. I could tell one was training and the other has been there for a while. But they took my families order in stride. Kids were picking nicely on them and they were picking back. I really did have a wonderful experience. I would go again.
