Non English speaking foreigners.. no people skills, no good service, smells like they haven’t taken a shower in days or don’t use deodorant! Super gross and not American like! GROSS GROSS GROSS.

I place my order through the screen outside so I’m doing take out, after I get to the window to pay the person doesn’t even bother saying good morning or anything. Gets one of my sandwiches completely wrong, no cheese (charging me extra) no extra may, no mustard, no banana peppers, no onion and no cheese, barely anything correct on the sandwich. Then also forgetting my two bags of chips, making me pay another almost 6 dollars for them. Mind you I gave her a 6 dollar tip before that, I shouldn’t even have tipped for how idiotic she was. Also forgot to say, the person doing the sandwiches and charging us(touching the cash register and all) had the SAME PAIR OF GLOVES ON NOT CHANGING THEM AT ALL. I’ve worked in food industries and I can tell you how disgusting that is. Our soda cup had Mayo on it AND some other random thing on it?? Having me take it off with the damn receipt. But oh they can charge me for all that right?? I can’t believe they still have people like this working for them it’s genuinely insane to me.

It’s grows in there and the server was on the phone then whole time and missed up our order and the
Glass was disgusting in there and lettuce was brown and my chips came stale with a hole in the bag - manage definitely needs to check in more often

Went in to eat, 1 other couple in the dining room eating, no one else in line or in the drive thru. I ordered my sandwich and the girl gets the meat and 1/2 the cheese on it and the tone for an online order goes off and she sits my sandwich aside and walks away to get the order then grabs a bag and a Gatorade to sit on the counter. I ask her what about my sandwich and she snaps at me that she was there by herself, not my problem! She continues to make the sandwich for the online order as I stand there with my sandwich just sitting there! She was very rude when I said I wanted my sandwich finished because there was no online else inline in the store or in the drive thru. I told her that if my business wasn't wanted I could go somewhere else and she picked up the the sandwich and walked to the garbage can and said "Do you want the sandwich or not?" I said no and she told me to "Get out!" So we did, I reached out to Shannon about it and absolutely nothing was done because they just don't care! So we will spend our money somewhere else!

Their sandwiches are decent, I just don't like how their prices have gotten kinda high. The staff here seems well-trained and courteous, but there were only two of them, and as much as they were hustling and getting orders accurate, they were having trouble keeping up. So we had to wait as our order was slightly delayed, no biggie.

I'm very disappointed. We ordered our sub on the app and it notified us they were ready... drove to the window and waited for 20 minutes because they weren't ready. We watched the staff touch everything with their gloves then prepare food! The girl even wiped her face. They do not wash their hands or change their gloves after touching surfaces other than food! It's disgusting! After sitting for so long they notified us they were out of sub rolls! Then refused to give us manager information!
EDIT** CALLED THE AREA MANAGER SHANNON.... SHE DIDN'T SEEM INTERESTED THAT WE HAD A LESS THAN PLEASANT VISIT TO HER STORE! WE WILL NOT BE BACK!
