Got the turkey bacon avocado wrap. It is not a wrap as pictured. Just a flat folded in half & open on both ends. Had no bacon, finally found about a tsp.of mashed avocado at the very end. Very disappointed, especially at $11.99! . Can’t believe they get away with calling this a wrap.

I ordered a veggie patty sub through DoorDash and I asked for Italian bread. They gave me the Urban cheese bread instead. Normally not a problem if it was for me but it was for my wife who is vegan so she is unable to eat the sandwich. I tried to call to talk to them about it but the person that picked up pretended not to speak English and hung up on me. He was extremely rude.

Ms April has always been such a pleasure and polite every time I come in it’s a joy to see her there on the other hand there is a new young lady in there she’s a younger girl that just started and works night she’s doesn’t wear a name tag so I don’t know how to address her name she’s always rude and has an attitude I don’t go in whenever I see her there hope some changes are made soon she needs to learn respect or be retrained on customer service

Took my elderly grandmother for subs for lunch. We attempted to called the store before arriving but they let the phone ring out of pure intentions. When we arrived we were not welcomed there was two couples in the subway eating and we were the only one in sub line. The one woMEN WITH short hair pretending did my sub and she thought she would riddle her tongue at the attempts of mine and her attitude was pissed poor. The other woman from the back she walked out and did all the toppings and never said a word to us either. I’ll be contacting health department on a few other issues that we seen while having subs made.

Tay was very attentive and bubbly while making my subs!!! It felt like I was actually cared about and that she loved her job and loved talking to the customers!!! Will definitely return to this location from now on for my sub cravings!!! Thanks Tay!!!

We were there about 2 weeks ago while on vacation. We were tired and wanted something fast and reliable. They were out of almost everything, and the service was very slow. I got the last 2 footlong bread they had. They were turning people away. The server messed up our order. Probably the worst subway I have ever been too.
