Came here with my girlfriend for a birthday dinner date and was thoroughly impressed. Food, service, and atmosphere were all great.
Our hostess and server gave amazing suggestions for the sake, and all the food made in the kitchen was spectacular.
The rice in the sushi was warm, fluffy, and chewy. The raw fish tasted fresh, especially the salmon, supple yet buttery smooth in the mouth. The ikura and scallop sushi were just as good, too.
The appetizers were piping hot and tasty, too. We had Miso soup, Krab Rangoon, fried Calamari, and rock shrimp.
I also read some of the bad reviews about this place, and they're either fake or probably got confused with another place. The portions are in no way small, I peeked to the party dining a couple of tables away, and they had HUGE plates of noodles.
Wow, delicious NEW all you can eat sushi! Very friendly service, clean, amazing prices and delicious food. Definitely becoming a repeat customer. 10/10

I went in to Sumi Sushi and Hibachi for the first time (12/20/24) with my girlfriend, on our lunch break. And I have to say, it will be a lasting first impression. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the food is fantastic, and the whole vibe of the restaurant reminds me of my favorite sushi place in Vermont. I ordered the Black Dragon Roll, and the Honey Chicken Lunch with white rice (I highly recommend trying both dishes if you haven't! Presentation and flavor are both 10/10 in my opinion. And the quick service made it an easy, speedy stop to have a nice lunch date with my significant other. Thank you again to the staff, servers, and cooks!

This place has an AMAZING all you can eat. There are three price tiers, with lots of options to choose from, and at a good price (especially lunch if you get there before 3p).
Also, Sushi pizza sounds so weird but was so freaking good!
