2 fire sauce when you liyerally ask me how much i want in the app. Not cool
They had DoorDash, waiting for over 1 hour and they only had 3 cars ahead of them. This place needs to be shut down because clearly nobody in there wants to work.

Treated terrible at the window even though we were extremely friendly and thankful. Double stacks had hardly any meat, beefy five layer had NO BEEF, and my husbands chicken diablo burrito was also missing ingredients and was super wet throughout the burrito. Person at the window didn't even acknowledge us and was mad we gave him exact change. Normally a really great experience, but even when I tried to call and get a hold of a manager, no one answered and the phone went to and automatic voice recording. We have been going here for a while, but now will never return. Thanks for the terrible experience. I appreciate the convenience of eating out, but would rather spend my hard earned money on food to just make myself or go to Chipotle instead.

I drive for Uber. I walked in and there's 6 people i can see. 3 of which were managers. Nobody said a word to me for about 2 min. The one manager had her back to the front counter just talking away. The lady making food on the front counter side was moving slower then a turtle. She looked so mad to be there and no urgency of any kind. Not a great first impression at all. Once I was finally helped they all went back to chatting and what not

Typical service time but the food was really fresh-made and hot hot hot. Good thing was it all tasted fresh not like jerky tortillas

Honestly the worst experience Iâve ever had at a Taco Bell. Roger specifically as far as customer service went was not great. He was yelling at a worker in the dice thru window he caught an attitude with me and my family while we were ordering and waiting on food. He also slammed the window closed after I made a comment on how rude he was being. The food itself I donât even think my âchicken quesadillaâ was anything more than a pile of grease and tortilla what little cheese there was was not melted there was no chicken at all. The tacos were about the only edible thing out of the whole order. Honestly would never go here again even if itâs the only thing open at night.

We went thru the drive thru and got a couple of tacos and they forgot 2 of are tacos so went back and try to get them and they told us they ran out of meat how the heck do u run out of meat then we asked for are money back and they didnât give it back 1 star

Stood at the register for 5 minutes. The manger saw me but waited until he saw other people come in to call for front counter help. I was not greeted. And all the people behind me got their food first. My food would have been better if the customer service was better. I see why this store is always looking for managers.
