Whoever made the nacho fries around 11 pm tonight is god sent because these are the best the nacho fries have ever tasted. The guy running the window was super friendly as well!

Customer service is terrible every since they put the self serve kiosks In and this place is so dirty floor and bathrooms just gross and my kiosk froze up and I asked the guy does this usually happen what do I do he said I don't know the pictures probably do it justice it was nasty this was at 230 in the afternoon and no one was in here so they had plenty of time to be cleaning up

I gave a 4 rating on food instead of 5 because of the price point. I believe Taco Bell could do better on price even in this economy. But the food was good, served hot, and quality was as expected. Staff was courteous and friendly and the place was clean.

Came in on a Thursday around 8:45pm like we always do after a game. Only ones in lobby. You can always tell when the manager is not at this location. The lobby was dirty, cups on tables, trash on floor. I watched an employee take the trash out and come back in and go straight to the line and start making food. No washing hand, nothing just straight to the food. Another employee tells us it’s going to be 15-20 minutes for our food as they just received a big order and that comes first. There’s like four employees at least who can make food. I understand wanting to make the order but you should be able to take care of both in an out of the house.

This was the worst fast food service I have EVER experienced. Ordered food and a cup for water. Food came, no cup. Went back to the counter and couldn't get anyone's attention. Finally, I was reduced to yelling before anyone came to the counter. Handed me a cup without a word. I could see the crew serving drive thru customers and then just standing around talking to each other.

I just went through the drive through today 8/31/25 at about 4pm and when I say that was the best Taco Bell I’ve had in ages! I stopped going to Taco Bell because every time I went there nobody could get it right or it just tasted old and nasty. I’m not even trying to be rude but half the time it tasted like dog food that’s why I just couldn’t do it my husband and my son really really wanted some Taco Bell so I broke down and I said OK. I got two soft tacos, light lettuce, extra cheese and one soft taco supreme for myself. My hubby got two chicken quesadillas. And my picky son got a cheese roll up. We are all sitting here debating whether or not we should go back and get more because it hit the spot so good especially for me because usually I can’t make it three bites without throwing it out and your customer service was amazing thank you again Because I’ll be coming back. I just hope the next time it taste the same way.

The food was fine and the employees are trying their best, but it really seems like their manager prioritizes drive-thru over mobile orders and lobby service. I heard him yelling at his employees about being faster on drive thru and pulling people from making a lobby food. If I hadn't mobile ordered, I would've walked out because I don't want to support that kind of management.

I work by this location so been here a few times and the food is always on point but honestly a big reason I go here is the guy who I believe is the manager cause he always there i got later in the evening/night lol does a great job and actually gives you the impression he cares whether the food or saying what he says at the window he smiles, he seems happy to see you thats something you cant teach!! He's got charisma!
I appreciate him everytime!!

The biggie with the glasses was very rude and didn’t even lock the lobby and told us we weren’t supposed to be in there. We ordered at 11:46 and had to wait 30 minutes for the beef to cook. Worst Taco Bell ever!!!
