The food was fine and the employees are trying their best, but it really seems like their manager prioritizes drive-thru over mobile orders and lobby service. I heard him yelling at his employees about being faster on drive thru and pulling people from making a lobby food. If I hadn't mobile ordered, I would've walked out because I don't want to support that kind of management.

I work by this location so been here a few times and the food is always on point but honestly a big reason I go here is the guy who I believe is the manager cause he always there i got later in the evening/night lol does a great job and actually gives you the impression he cares whether the food or saying what he says at the window he smiles, he seems happy to see you thats something you cant teach!! He's got charisma! I appreciate him everytime!!

The biggie with the glasses was very rude and didn’t even lock the lobby and told us we weren’t supposed to be in there. We ordered at 11:46 and had to wait 30 minutes for the beef to cook. Worst Taco Bell ever!!!

Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to worst service ever just had to tell the manager I'm going to a different store he said he would rather me not do business there anyway I'm on a lunch break from work and 45 minutes to order some tacos is absolutely ridiculous
This location is a joke. Never had good service here. Tonight my husband I ordered in the app. I chose the “drive thru” option so we wouldn’t have to get out with our kids. He gets there and they made him come inside because he “had a drink”. Weird. They never had an issue handing a drink through the window before? But ok whatever.
He gets home- we only live 8 minutes away. All of our food was soggy. Absolutely disgusting. His quesadilla was folded together and literally just a clump of tortilla and wet cheese.
He called the manager, Ava, she said to come in tomorrow they’ll remake the food. Now why would we want it a second day in a row?
She literally didn’t even care.
This location is a complete joke- don’t waste your time or money.
Ordered crunch wrap supreme. No meat 😡. And Mexican pizza again no meat. Order beef for both. Crunch wrap was burnt both sides. Pizza shell undercooked. Pizza had plops of sauce not spread through . Asked for side guacamole and paid .90 cents for a teaspoon 😩. Asked for side of pico yada yada got a teaspoon 😩. Never coming back. Threw out $$13 worth of crap. 2/28/2025. 6pm 🤬

Stopped by for lunch yesterday and had a really positive experience. Welcomed in by employees and thanked for coming in. Our food was really fresh. Chips and Taco shells super crispy. We were out of town in Leesburg and had never been to this one before. Much better than the Taco Bell in my hometown! I think it was the manager who was welcoming people in and and employee on his break at a table told us to have a good day on the way out. Great customer contact and service guys👍 nicely done.
