Took 30 minutes to get two power bowls even though there was barely any business. Stood there waiting for the food and was told after we ordered something that required a fork that they didn’t have any utensils available.

I don’t know who was working night shift tonight (02/22/2024), but my order was horrid. Dry. Cold. And not even made right? I got a 5 layer as is, and a cheesy Gordita crunch, as is. Why was the 5 layer missing the beans and nacho cheese, and why was the cheesy Gordita crunch missing the cheese and that sauce that comes on it????L-A-Z-Y!!!!!
My first time here and it was so nice to see a smiling face at the window the drive thru service was so awesome, i love great drive thru service on a day that i am tired and up set, she really put a smile on my face amazing

Whoever the person is that made the burritos today need to put more beans and rice in the burritos. Small portions like it's coming out they check. Cheesy bean and rice burrito looking like a damn cheesy roll-up. Do better.
