The food is great...I haven't had a dish yet... that I didn't like. Their lasagna is delicious. You must also try the Steak and Cheese sub with onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. These are only two of the items I order.
I ordered the chicken parmesan, they always put too much tomato sauce on top and had to scrape a good amount off to find the chicken. Hardly tasted the chicken because of the thick sauce and very little parmesan.
Taki's is good, wholesome, hometown Greek. We visit infrequently and are always pleased when we go. Last night there were at least two tables in our section occupied by regulars who were familiar to the wait staff and it was nice to see the genuine interest and concern they each showed about the others' lives.
