Expectations were not disappointed. Limited menu but a diverse selections for dinner. Dinner menu did not offer light fare. The presentation was 5+. The butter than accompanied the twin lobster tails had herbs designed to resemble a palm tree. It was a wow. The fish choices were outstanding adorned with eatable flowers. Prime rib was generous. All agreed the sides were equally as good as the main choice. Would absolutely recommend and will return.

Had a fantastic dining experience at Turners. Jill, our server, was very attentive and knowledgeable; moreover, the atmosphere is wonderful! Make sure you call and reserve ahead of time as that assures a table; however, the bar is walk-in friendly and you may order food along with your drinks. We started with the triple butter hush puppies, which were absolutely delicious - especially the sorghum butter. I also had the “bee-line” cocktail which was very refreshing! The pretzel bread with infused olive oil and vinaigrette provided with your meal disappeared quickly (It’s very good). For my entree I went with the Steak + Egg - it was very flavorful and was well complimented by the grits and spinach.Remember this is a quality over quantity establishment. Allow the staff ample time to work their magic - you won’t be disappointed !

Steve, our server, took excellent care of us...attentive without being intrusive! My sister and I both had the tuna, with the fried oysters, and we really enjoyed both of them. I have never been a fan of kale, but the way the chef cooked it as a side was outstanding. We also had the chocolate cake for dessert and yum! My sister is very lucky to live so close to this restaurant...I wish I did as well!

Ridiculously overpriced. My $30 pork chop, while high quality, was unchewable, despite the elegant presentation. Server was unattentive. This restaurant used to be better.

New to The Villages, my husband and I were looking for a nice place to celebrate! Turners was the perfect choice! Our martinis were made to perfection and our dinners were perfect! My husband enjoyed his Lamb chop crown special and my Salmon grilled with grits , superb! Steve our server was fantastic! We will definitely enjoy another evening with them! Oh, the chef Jack deliver our dinner right to the table! Cheers

Its was so good. I have lived in lake county my whole life and I am so glad to see a fine dining restaurant come here. We had 3 of the apps and 5 different entrees. It was amazing. This is our new favorite fine dining in lake county. Just amazing cuisine.Edit: we took desert home.. the bread pudding with caramel and sweet potato cheesecake.... you can't go wrong with either one, can't wait to try the other desserts

Overall: This is the place to be if you're looking for your modern southern vibes. The food was impeccable along with the service being the peak of southern hospitality.Food: Low country shrimp and grits, charred salmon with a chili honey glaze. The seasonings and flavors were spot on. Everything was cooked to perfection with the utmost finesse.Ambiance: Lowcountry modern restaurant to bring your family.

It was difficult rating this experience a 3-star. My friends and I visited this beautiful restaurant on 2/20/2021. We initially were excited to visit and taste the food. I made reservations ahead of time and looked forward to our visit. The ambience was spectacular, food tasted great, and waitress (Crissy) excelled. The only unfortunate reason I could not rate this experience a 5 -star is due to the hostess Tambra. She was terrible at her customer service. My friend arrived first and stated the party she arrived for and stated my first name, she nastily told her we don't have that name on our reservation list, then rattled off the name she had on the list vs. explaining the reservation shod be under the last name. My friend decided to sit outside and wait because of the experience she had with Tambra. I arrived on-time, walked in and introduced myself. I was not greeted or really acknowledged, Tambra went on to ask me "reservation name" so once again I told her my name, she stated we don't have a that name on our reservation list, so I went on to explain the gentleman I spoke with reserved it under my last name, she cut me off and stated she for my name. I went on to express, I was waiting on the rest of my party, before she cut in again and stated one person from my party came in and went to the restroom, so she suggested I wait outside until the rest of my party arrived, which I perceived as rude. I received a call from the last person in our party, they were late because they are a business owner, so the rest of us that had arrived decided to go back into the restaurant. We asked to be seated and the last person in the party would join us shortly and we would order for them. She stated we could be seated until the entire party arrived. I asked to speak with a manager, so Tambra went on to state they chef won't allow us to be seated without the entire party, so I insisted she ask. She went to the back and returned, without stating the outcome or apologizing, due seated us nearly knocking over a fellow team member serving another customer. The server Crissy greeted us and was attentive to our needs. The hostess Tambra went on to continuously glare at our table and consistently walk by looking at our table. She then made an audible comment stating, "they need to hurry up and order." Crissy's great service ? truly turned our experience at Turner's around, which shoulder have been the experience exuded from the beginning. We did fill out a comment card supplied, but have not heard any feedback from management ?.

We went for supper and were some of the only patrons in the restaurant. Seated far from other guests. Staff was friendly, a tiny bit awkward throughout service. Staff and patrons at this restaurant do not wear face mask just FYI. Our food was cooked well, tasted good, and nice sized portion. I got the grilled vegetables dish and everything was the perfect texture and strong flavors.. Ordered a cocktail that didn't taste like the drink normally does, more citrus/sweeter but still yummy. White chocolate bread pudding made in house was well liked. Left with full bellies. Do not be deterred by lack of menu variety, many items on the menu were similarly prepared or shared ingredients. The kitchen is strict and does not allow you to modify dishes, this keeps expectations manageable and is a good idea. I was not sure I would like my food but in the end glad to trust the chef. If you like southern food and want to venture out for a more refined/fancy meal this is an excellent place to wet your feet.Food 5 starVibe 3 star

What a great little place if you want some great beer ( both light & dark varieties), sandwiches and play Virtual Reality games (those games are right now free and only on certain nights).Definitely a quaint place to meet up and try craft beers. My son had a dark mocha beer which he really liked, and I enjoyed a refreshing light beer which had the faint taste of strawberry. Interesting!
