Went through the drive thru and got the Wednesday meal for me and my two friends, the person taking our order rushed us through the order, didnt even give us the option to change our drinks at all or ask if we wanted anything else. got to the window, got our frostys with no spoons and told us to pull up to the door. waited there for about 5 minutes before another girl came out and very rudely asked us to pull around the building instead of the door where they told us to go in the first place and then slammed the door on her way back in. waited for another 5 minutes before the girl in the window brought us our food with no spoons again, no word, no apology for the wait, nothing. we called out the window asking for some spoons and she threw her hands up in the air and shook her head. how are you gonna say no to doing your job? you should have just given us spoons at the window :/

I’ve been to this location other times and I have a mixed experience overall but today has to be the worst. I pulled in drive thru for breakfast. The person taking order was being snappy and unprofessional, rushing me through the order (there was only 1 car ahead of me). After we paid they asked us to pull forward, which I’m assuming is to cheat the system, and got my food 15 min later. The cream on the top, when I got to my destination turns out they gave me the wrong sandwich and the French toast were burnt. Worst is I didn’t get a receipt so I couldn’t prove anything. I get it, is 4th of July but it’s better to be closed then to provide bad service.

Out doing uber, dining room was closed. I went to the drive thru to pick up my delivery. The employees working were extremely rude. I got to the pick up window and the girl with blonde hair just opened the window and said pull forward. I had 3 cars already waiting, Another girl eventually came out the side door and just tossed me the bag of food and then slammed the door. It doesn’t matter how under staffed your job is, there’s no reason to be rude, it’s not the customers fault.

Extremely underrated breakfast menu. They should be getting more business, their croissant sandwiches are great. Staff is also very friendly.

I don't think they get a lot of mobile orders though. The app let's you easily swap side items in the breakfast combo, so I switched my potato wedges for a honey butter biscuit, and this caused a lot of confusion. Thing is, the point of the app, besides discounts, is being able to easily submit an order without a lot of talking and explaining. So when I have to explain it to the server anyway, it defeats the purpose.

It is unbelievable how badly they can mess up a drive through order. I only ordered a frosty and they gave it to the car in front of me. After waiting almost 15 minutes I watched that person hand it back then pull away. When I got to the window they handed that same, melted frosty back to me. It was disgusting. This place is a mess. My son calls it ghetto Wendy’s.

Awesome service. We came after the inside closed tonight and the lady in the drive thru was absolute great! She even came out to our truck to make sure we had enough salt after one of them ran inside for us to grab some!!!

Even after waiting for our order, my burger sandwich was totally incorrect. Thank goodness I ordered a grilled chicken wrap. It was good and different, but for price of $6.49 by its self. I will not be ordering it again.
