Wendy’s was my first job as a teenager so I am familiar with how things are prepared. I used the kiosk to custom order two sandwiches. Both included several toppings (mayo, tomato, onions) that were not ordered. Fries were overdone and cold. Cinnamon bun was hard. I live 8 minutes away, but I would have taken everything back if I was given a receipt because it was a crappy, pretty much inedible meal for $28. Wont spend any more money at this establishment.

0 star. I ordered spicy chicken nuggets and gave me regular nuggets and the baked potato with bacon and cheese has so little cheese, looks like they put a tablespoon in there. Never again.

I'd give this place 0 stars if possible! We walked into the restaurant, and there's a guy at the register, obviously screwing around on his phone. He had a headphone in one ear, and couldn't accurately take our order. Lots of things wrung in wrong and just not correct. The guy couldn't figure out how to put in our coupon and kept having to ask others for help. We finally get the food. The burger patties are burnt, and almost everything else is cold - a few things incorrect. They overcharged us $5 for a drink and didn't fix it, despite us requesting them to. Ordered frosties. Find out AFTER ordering that they are out of vanilla, and therefore the special flavor being advertised. Also, I had to wait while they put more frosty mix into the machine. All the employees went outside while we were waiting, trying to figure out what was going on. We could see them from the lobby passing a blunt around outside. The inside of the restaurant smelled of weed. Why didn't we just leave, you may be wondering. We didn't think our experience could get any worse. Boy, were we wrong! I don't think we will ever come to this location again. The bathrooms are filthy too! Don't waste your time here!

Trash. The horrible reviews speak for the trash that work here, they even have the stupid lobby closed at 6 PM on a Sunday creating an almost 13 car line up in the drive-through.

Was so excited to hear we were getting a Wendy’s so close (as the options are limited around here). This Wendy’s has been nothing but disappointment. I’m done wasting my money and time here. The employees are ALWAYS outside smoking right across from the drive through. The people inside are always playing around. Had a girl start to take my order then started talking slow and drawing out her words in some kind accent. Pulled up to the window and they’re laughing about it. Waited forever to get the food. Smelled like sewage another time I went. The food is never right! It’s either missing items or it’s just not put together well. I have bought food here and just throw it in the trash because I just don’t trust to eat it. Yall might as well just tear this place down. Try a different fast food chain try different employees and management.

Last night I went through drive through ordered Dave's double meal with upsides fries. She told me $11 and some change then when I got my bag it felt heavy. There were 2 doubles and 2 xlarge fries in bag??? Then when I checked my debit charge this morning they charged me $25!!!!! Employees were playing and joking around while I waited 6 minutes at window. I was stolen from by this employee!!!! DO NOT GO HERE EVER. I WILL NEVER RETURN. JUST LOOK AT ALL THEIR REVIEWS. NO MANAGEMENT AND NO CORPORATE MANAGEMENT. HORRIBLE!!!
This place is trash. I get home to find out I just got done spending 25 dollars on raw meat. Do better.. no wonder this place has 2.5 stars. Won't be back

I just paid for a cold burger. Not just cold but dried out as if it has been sitting around for several hours. I can't imagine how that's even possible. The more I think about it the more I feel disrespected. Also the girl on the mic was too lazy to finish sentences or communicate at all. Another employee was stuffing her face as she helped. Zero customer service, lazy, and unprofessional. Very disappointed as I live close by and have always preferred Wendy's over the competition. I'll be avoiding this location

I do not eat fast food often, so I’m pretty disgusted with this Wendy’s. The fries must have been from lunch and the burger from yesterday. The chick at the window.. heavy see black chick was rude when you pull up and give your order. Thank goodness this was only a passing thru Wendy’s and I won’t have to visit again. Get your act straight! I’m certain the owner would not be impressed
