Did the drive thru and sat there for 5 minutes without hearing anyone speak on the intercom. I went to the window to see if the screen was just broken and the workers were just staring at me through the window. One of the ladies apologized and said she didn’t have a headset on. I come here often and I never had this problem. I give them my order and the guy makes me park and says he’s gonna bring me my nuggets out. I only ordered a 10 piece nugget. As i’m patiently waiting, I see a bunch of cars coming in and out of the drive thru with what they ordered and I was parked for 20 mins! I see the same guy who said he would bring my nuggets come outside to smoke. That’s when I went inside to get my refund because it’s ridiculous I waited 20 mins just for 10 nuggets to not even get them. I am beyond pissed I wasted my time, money, and gas.

$48 order, had to go back to get the food they didn't put in the order. Cashier was rude, shoved her arm out the window at me. It was terrible. Got back home had to throw fries and nuggets away cause they were hard and stale, frosty was melted in the bottom of the cup. I'm paying you, not the other way around

The hours should just change to 11:00 pm. It would be a more accurate representation as to when they turn off fryers, “run out of food” and stop taking orders. I can understand 11:45 but ive driven through the drive thru a number of times past 10:30 and they are never serving anything. Management is losing money having people on the clock past 11:00 as they have the entire kitchen cleaned and closed well before then.
They had to take my order twice, then told me at the window with my food in sight that they could only take cash…. Then as I was driving off without my food they apologized and said they could take a card or mobile app. I was the ONLY customer there at 7:15 in the morning, got my food, opened it to eat and it was barely like warm. How?! I tried calling them to tell them and the number wasn’t working.
