Lite Bites
Classic Pretzel
A warm, salted, and softly baked large pretzel. Your choice of house-made whole grain beer mustard or house-made cheese.
Tequenos (Latin Cheese Sticks)
Fresh and salty white cheese wrapped in a soft layered dough. Baked until melted on the inside and crispy on the outside and served with our homemade garlic sauce.

Sandwiches
Chicken Pesto Mozzarella Sandwich
House-made pesto cream sauce, seasoned chicken strip pieces, melted mozzarella cheese, freshly sliced tomato, a drizzle of balsamic glaze, and toasted to perfection on ciabatta.
Italian Hoagie Sandwich
Coated with our house-made garlic basil aioli and layered with salami, ham, sliced coppa, and provolone cheese. Pressed and toasted to perfection.
Cuban Hoagie Sandwich
Sliced roasted pork, ham, Swiss cheese, dill pickle, and our house-made mayo or mustard sauce. Pressed until hot and crispy.
Reuben Sandwich
Pastrami, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, our house-made dressing on a marbled rye bread, and pressed and hot.
Bacon Jam Grilled Cheese Sandwich
A blend of cheddar, Swiss, and provolone cheeses melted with a delicious pepper bacon jam.

Sliders
French Dip Sliders (For 3)
Stacked roasted beef, melted provolone cheese, layered between our house-made horseradish aioli, and hot buttered slider buns. Served with a side of chips and warm Au Jus for dipping.
Media Noche Sliders (For 3)
Sliced roasted pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickle, and our house-made beer mustard. Lightly toasted sweet bread and served with a side of chips.
Hot Italian Sliders (For 3)
Sopressata, ham, pancetta, provolone cheese, and our house made spicy chili herb aioli. Lightly toasted and served with a side of chips.

Bratwursts
Beer Cheese Bratwurst
Grilled, German-style beer-infused brat, topped with our house-made beer cheese, and crispy potato chips. Served on a toasted pretzel bun with a side of chips.
Bratwurst & Kraut
Grilled, German style beer-infused brat, topped with Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and our house-made, and whole-grain beer mustard on a toasted pretzel bun. Served with a side of chips.

My wife and I were both stationed in Germany years ago, and the Hefeweizen brewed here brought us right back — it’s as close as it gets to the real thing! We also tried the AI IPA, which was equally delicious. Unfortunately, they were out of bratwurst during our visit, so we didn’t eat here. That gives us another reason to return. The staff and brewers were incredibly friendly — we ended up chatting with them for quite a while. Had a great time and will be back!

Such a WONDERFUL surprise today!!!
My husband and I ordered a Cuban and a pastrami and shared them and it was perfect (& delicious)!!! The beer was spot-on and the service and atmosphere will keep us coming back!!! Great new find!!!🍺👍🏼😊

My husband and I stopped in for the 1st time yesterday afternoon for some lunch. My husband had a flight with varying choices he enjoyed. I was an official taste tester of his options (haha) and our personal favorite was the dark ale. It was super smooth and had a nice rich flavor. I had a cuban sandwich, my husband had the reuben.
