Tonight I promised my son we would go get some of the already made ice cream from here. We drove 30 minutes there and got there about 6:45pm the website said they close at 8pm. We get there and the gates are closed so I asked the worker if we were still able to get anything since website says open until 8pm. She said they close at 7pm. I told her well it’s not even 7pm I just want an already made ice cream to go. She said sorry we count the registers at 6:45pm. Which it was 6:45pm and she was definitely not counting anything so she must of done it even earlier than that or just didn’t want to be bothered with us. Either way drove an hour total to just be disappointed. This place definitely needs to update their hours and their customer service. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Horrible service from the young lady running the store today . Purchase a fruit ice cream . She didn’t have the correct change in the drawer and told me they will give it to me once I can back another day . … had to explain to her she could easily take a dollar out of the register and go ask another merchant for change . Critical thinking is so important these day . YO Bell do better and and educate who you hire .

Love the ice cream and toppings however says they’re open 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. but every time I go there at 5 p.m. or 6 p.m. they’re always closed. Most of the time I see the guy sitting in there on his phone not helping customers or still sitting there at 6 with the gates closed. Wish they would actually be open when they’re supposed to ??♀️

Asked why they are closed 30 minutes before the official closing and the guy behind the counter ACTUALLY said “We closed at 7:30 so I can get home by 8:00.” Sweetie that is not how working works. Actually disgusting. This guy is getting paid for 30 minutes of work by sitting on his couch at home!

The place looks very nice and has 7 different flavors with many different toppings. The yogurt is overall delicious but the customer service needs to be more friendly. It does pay by the pound most items. Overall my experience was a 4/5 due to the service. ✨🌠

Great mall froyo shop. They could have more yogurt flavors, but they only had four when I went. The amount of toppings available makes up for it. They have cookie, candy, and gummy toppings. Plus the usual sprinkles and syrups. They even had two types of boba. I'll be coming back for sure, it's a cute shop.

It is the worst place, it was our first time and they treated us super badly, she did not move to explain the flavors of yogurt, she treated us so badly, she was going to buy 4 yogurt, I only bought one. If they want to sell, they must have someone nice, who will explain to the customers, help them select. No one has ever treated me so badly. Total disappointment.
