My last 3 orders online they forget the chips and queso!!! How do you forget to add the chips and queso with my order EVERYTIME!!!!

Was met with a young lady who had a nasty attitude while ordering food. She then began making take out orders before our walk in orders. While making our burritos she placed the recipe and takeout bowls on top of our freshly made tortillas. She also dumped food from the take out orders onto our tortillas. Price is outrages for two burritos and drinks almost 50 dollars.

first time ordering from this place, we ordered online, Will not be ordering from here again nachos weren’t even nachos. They didn’t even come with cheese just vegetables piled on top of chips and the side order of chips is a portion isn’t even big enough to feed one person. They also forgot my extra side of queso and chips.

Today was the worst experience Ever I ordered two bowls Through the toast app Made both of my bowls the wrong way so I call and complain And they said they will make me a My car happens to break down So it takes me three hours and 15 minutes to get to the restaurant Not only do they hand me the wrong order again Have an attitude about it they hand me a bag that's been sitting for three hours and 15 minutes On the counter Tied up in a bag And they expect for me to take The order the way it is even though it's still wrong And it's been sitting out that's cross-contamination And the employee there was no help at all she had a nasty attitude And I have to say that she was blessed because my daughter was with me because if she wouldn't have been with me it would have been a different scenario I tell you that much You need to learn how to hire people that actually want to work And not just people that are there to earn a paycheck or feel like that establishment is theirs You're there to do a job so do it it is not my fault that you did not finish High School let alone freaking College And that you have to work there If you don't like your job go back to school simple as that It is not my business not my problem You're there to do a job so do it.

I love 3 Pepper in Lehigh Acres. Superb service, superb food and superb prices. My go to whenever I am in the area. Choice and value are second to none. What’s not to love?!

This is the most blandest, barely seasoned, over priced food I've ever eaten from a "mexican themed" restaurant. I almostvwisj i could call the police. Moes, Chipotle even the food truck in the parking lot is a better experience
