I Arrived on time from opening waited 10 minutes workers inside ignored me even when knocking on window they didn't open until 30 minutes after their posted opening time went to publix instead hot and ready meal as soon as we were gonna heading out of publix was when they opened their doors we were in publix less then 15 minutes their lost on a customer ??? *side note this was on a Sunday and they open at 11am we waited to 11:15 as we arrived 5 minutes after 11 and then decided to head to publix instead

First time visiting and eating here.Brought my girlfriend and grandmother here Wednesday morning.We weren’t sure what to get and the 3 staff members, Janice, Michael, & Macy were so welcoming and kind enough to share their input with us about what they like, what others have bought, and the special of the day.We bought the beef salad bowl and the special of the day, the steak burrito.Overall. Welcoming atmosphere was amazing by all three staff members. The store appearance was clean. The food presentation was great.A big thank you to Janice, Michael, & Macy! :)Next time I visit Lehigh Acres I will make sure to stop by here again.Lots of positive vibes for y’all all the way from the FL Keys ?Parking: Parkin is free. Parkin lot is big and spacious since it is located within a shopping center.Handicapped parking is available.Kid-friendliness: The staff members with amazing positive vibes make this place suitable for people of all agesWheelchair accessibility: chairs can be removed to accommodate a handicapped person

We were so looking forward to our first time here...Husbands chicken burrito was luke warm and my meat and cheese quesadilla was hot but like eating meat and cheese on a soggy tissue paper, absolutely terrible! I'm so happy that we didn't bring family or friends there...

I went today around 1230 and I can truly say the customer service I got was above exceptional. Janice greeted me with a smile and gave me great advice on my choice of food. Amani was super sweet and very knowledgeable about her work. They were fast and organized. Definitely will be back. I will be a regular from now on.
Absolutely great every time I come in! Today, 1/29/24, Janice and Destiny, were on duty. Janice is so great at getting our food exactly the way we like it! Destiny packed our to go with care, made sure we had salsa chips and drinks with a smile. Had to take a minute to shout out excellence ???

I went to the store at 9:30pm to order a burrito and was told by the person taking my order they were out of rice. I obliged and hesitantly ordered my burrito without rice. Upon receiving my order, and leaving the store, I saw another employee started making another burrito with the same rice I was told was completely out.
